Bernadette Home Care

My loved one is very happy at Bernadette Home Care. The staff is very caring. and always helpful to family members.

My mother came to the Bernadette Home Care house in Simi Valley after leaving an Assisted Care facility that did not care for my mother per her needs. She spent time in and out of the hospital because of it. In the 14 months of residency at the Bernadette house, she was treated with personal care and the upmost professionalism. She was not ill one day the entire time she was there and I am grateful that we were able to get her under the care of the Bernadette staff. I will be forever grateful.

My loved one liked the food. My loved one was there a short period of time. My first impression of the facilty was good.

My loved one is doing very well. They have a good appetite, and this place works so much better.

I am a resident of Bernadette HOme Care 1, I have been here for 15 months and I just want to say that I am extremely happy with the care and the facility, they are very consistent in delivering home cooked meals and caregivers are compassionate. Phillies Manor I believe is where my cousin had my aunt. She's doing well here. And we're satisfied with the services.

They are wonderful. It is very clean, the staff is wonderful. The activities aren't something that pertains to our situations. The food is good. The only thing that I would say is that the outside was a little overgrown and not really cleaned up. It's a cozy little house. They were very sweet and that once mom was there we wouldn't have to worry about her anymore. They were willing to take care of her for the rest of her life. Look past the gardening and knock on the front door, they are wonderful.

The community staff are concerned about our loved one and we are very helpful too. They are very helpful and the community is always neat and clean. Every time we visit our loved one we are very happy at this time. Bernadette is a great place for a loved one.

Love Hermi!!! Facility has no opennings right now. Also, not sure what actual cost would be until assessed...which is fair!! But we have limited funds. Also, my dad would have trouble with the hilly driveway.

Disgusting!!! Do Not Bring Your Loved Ones Here!!! There are no licensed nurses here. They falsely record giving medications and food. They don’t prepare any food. They give an ensure and put a diaper on the patient and leave. They don’t communicate with a doctor or anyone. [name removed] will lie to you.. [name removed] does nothing… [name removed] just lies and says yes ok. This facility will take your money and neglect the patient. My father died and they are partially responsible.
