We are lucky that APFM found this special home. They are angels. Anyone would be lucky to have their parents in Gracious Homes.

This was a nice community and I felt good about this community when I left. The only thing is that there was another community that was able to care for my loved one better in her condition and we had to go with the other community.

I took a tour of this community and it went good. They gave me all the information I needed to make a decision. The place looked clean and I saw a lot of friendly staff. In the end this was not the home for my dad.

Mom has been at the facility for 1 yr. We love the care, facility, staff, activities and attention. The food is good and home cooked. Attention to nutritional balance could be a little better, but over all we are pleased that she is there.

Everyone has been great and very patient with helping me transition my mom from another facility. They have worked very hard to make my mom feel at home. What really sold me on Glorious is they do a lot to celebrate life and each day. I think this is very important. Many homes I looked at were more focused on making people comfortable and accepting of their final time. Priscilla has been great to work with.. and the whole staff as well.

My wife is doing very well and the girls give sincere care. She is eating the meals they make and they will walk her up and down the halls for some activities. She gets physical therapy twice a week. The home works well with the physical therapist. I picked them because we liked what they had to offer and talked about. It was a fit.

*Visited mid-afternoon of 11/22. *Monthly rent $3400 for private room and $2800 for shared. *2 caregivers on site 24 hours - no nurse. *They manage medications and refills. *Someone comes in to play the piano and do hair. *Caretakers do daily exercises and walking with residents. *No licensing deficiencies. *Christian home with scripture reading. *Can use house phone. *Owners take them to restaurants. *No extra cost for transportation. *No one awake at night, but bell system for assistance.

I toured Glorious Homes and I felt that there were too many residents. I did not feel comfortable in their medication management. I also thought the facility could have been cleaner than it was.

This maybe an option, I liked the owners and the residents.
