Options for Senior America was very helpful in caring for our mother during this very difficult time. They were very professional, supportive and caring in the care they provided to our mother. The mother/daughter caregiver support worked very well for our needs in that they were able to step in for each other when necessary which prevented the need for sending a new caregiver for my mother to be introduced to which would have presented a problem for her. Overall the experience provided us with the best supportive care we could have asked for in such a sensitive situation. We are truly thankful for a job well done by both caregivers!

I used this company for live-in care for my mom before we moved, and the experience was wonderful. The caregiver they provided was amazing! Very reliable, usually early to start and stays until not needed anymore. They started in two days and fell right into place. Exceptionally friendly, even came to see the patient in the hospital on their own time. The quality of the person in my home was superior. A very caring and respectful lady, cares about your property. Treats it as if it were hers.

Options is a well-run company that provides excellent support. They were always available to answer questions and guide us through the process of setting up care for my parents. I feel relief knowing that my parents are in good hands.

Fantastic. [name removed] was perfect. There was very little to do but she figured out how to be supportive and keep my mom safe (watching through the window so she wasn't on top of my mom but my mom couldn't see her so it was perfect). [name removed] understood my mom's personality and handled her excellently- which is tricky cuz my mom is picky:). My mom gave rave reviewed when [name removed] left. If we need an aide next year we will absolutely request Latasha. She was lovely, professional, reliable, and easy to work with. And the coordinator, addy (?) and her stand in the day before the trip were both amazing. Attentive and made sure everything was all set. Even called on her day off to ensure all was good to go (we came from Boston for a week). HIGHLY recommend ur agency (which is why we booked you again for the second year's vacation).

Even though we just lost a candidate because she wasn't comfortable with my sister's condition, she decided not to return. But thank God for [name removed]! She has been very supportive and helpful in trying to find us another caregiver.

My moma has had this company for a few months. The caregivers are beautiful sweet ladies inside & out, thank you [name removed] for looking after my mother’s care with the utmost respect & love! [name removed] is the staff nurse & has been very attentive to my mom’s needs as well!

I would need to answer it for 2 different situations - [name removed] was a 5 - The 2 aides very disappointing. Scheduling was good. On paper they could do what I needed that's why I went with the organization. The first aide started out ok but was not reliable. She would switch days, show up late, call out at the last minute. The second aide I thought understood what the first aide did and would not be that way. She had different issues. She had transportation issues and would ask me or my husband to take her home. Then after speaking with [name removed] I explained to the aide what I needed done and then she didn't show up the next day. So at that point I canceled services.

I felt that Options for Senior America handled everything extremely well. I was thrown off when we had the problem with the girl not showing up. But that really wasn't no reflection on the company. If I think with all the problems I had when we first moved here with the other agency & my trying to get all my husband's new doctor appointments set up I was overwhelmed & frustrated with everything in general. I do know that if my granddaughter's find that they can't no longer help me ,I wouldn't hesitate to notify Options for Seniors again.

My personal caregiver was fantastic. She was always on time and dependable. Office staff was also considerate and accessible.

They were able to meet our needs in terms of live-in and then transition to part time day care. They were flexible in finding the timeframes we needed. Questions to ask: What experience do the caregivers have? How long have they been doing the work? And ensure they are matched to the need (i.e., eldercare vs disability)

we've had a couple of issues with lateness because our caregiver's early morning work runs over sometimes. She's friendly and hardworking, and makes my grandmother feel comfortable. She cleans, cooks, and does PT. The company communicates clearly and was able to coordinate prompt care. We would definitely recommend their services to others.
