Excellent choice if you are looking for a smaller more homey type of facility. Very clean and well maintained residential location. Larger locations come across as institutional in comparison. This is a women only site which is unusual but works well. Rooms are very comfortable and inviting, can be either furnished or unfurnished. Residents seem engaged and interact well with the staff. There are numerous activities for residents, but inside walking areas are limited. Security is adequate for wandering residents. Fees are reasonable for this type facility. Worth checking out.

San Nicolas Assisted Living is a very small facility, It is women's only. It is very safe and very family oriented. It is wonderful. I am blessed to have found them. I would absolutely recommend San Nicolas to others looking. The people who are here are what really make this place great.

I had a really good tour with San Nicolas, the lady was sweet and really took her time with us. It is a house in a nice neighborhood. The big downfall was everywhere else was opened up for visitors and they were not. which we did not understand at all. We would not have been allowed to visit on the weekends and that would not have worked for us.
