The Opal at Boynton Beach provides a warm welcoming environment. New residents are always so welcome and residents who already live here tell me how they feel at home. It’s refreshing to see an environment like this at the Opal at Boynton Beach.

Our family will be forever grateful to Belvedere Commons for the exceptional care, compassion, and kindness they showed our mom. Every staff member we encountered, especially [name removed], Director of Wellness, treated her with dignity, tenderness, and genuine love, while also providing comfort and support The care they provided went far beyond what we could have hoped for. They made sure our mom felt safe, comfortable, and loved, especially in her final days, and their compassion brought our family tremendous peace of mind when we needed it most. It takes a truly special team to care for someone at the end of their life with such grace and humanity. We feel incredibly fortunate that our mom spent her final days at Belvedere Commons, and we cannot thank the staff enough for everything they did for her and for us. We wholeheartedly recommend Belvedere Commons to any family looking for a place where their loved one will be treated with kindness.

From the moment you walk through the doors at the Opal, you can immediately feel the warmth and see how much the staff genuinely cares about their residents. I had a wonderful experience touring this assisted living community! The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and inviting from the moment I walked through the doors. This is a small facility that is very caring about the whole resident. All the residents are concerned about each other’s well-being. The staff are exceptional are professional. They take the time to listen and point the family members to the appropriate person to handle concerns. All concerns are addressed right away. Going into this facility, every staff member you see has a pleasant smile and asks how you are. They are not crabby, even though they have a “tough” job dealing with all the residents. The amount of care shown is amazing! Everyone is welcomed into the “family.”

My sister is a resident here and I visit several times a week. We interact with many of the other residents. They are just like family. The staff has been great to work with. If any issue does come up, it is easy to talk to the staff and get things resolved quickly.

Even with the administrator change. They've been great to work with, they serve good food, we had an issue with her room not being on a schedule to be cleaned but it was taken care of right away. Size of the room is also good. She has 2 windows because she's at the end of a hall. We like that its a small facility.

Our Mom has been at Belvedere for eight weeks now and we are very pleased with the care and support the staff and residents have given her. What a blessing to have a quality home for Mom to be cared for. Since Mom can no longer be in the comfort of her own home, this place is second best!

The place feels like its filled with magic. A lovlely bistro filled with lovely residents when you walk in. They are so friendly! I can't wait to bring my parents to Opal.

It is hotel style and does not feel like a senior living community. Very active with a ton of activities. We came during a sip and paint. Every resident had a smile on their face.

Everything is going well. The staff are very polite and kind. My father in law enjoys the activities and the meals. He is happy overall. The nurses keep up updated of his health condition.

This assisted living facility offers a variety of activities every day, the staff is supportive. The facility is always clean, bright and cheerful. I would highly recommend this assisted living facility for anyone considering placement of a loved one.

Coming into the community its normal to feel nervous. Then as I was shown around all my nerves went out the window. I am so grateful this building has the heart it needs to run properly.

Walking into this community is the best feeling. It feels like a luxury hotel my parents could be staying at.

When I tell you the team here is amazing and the best I am not overexaggerating. I came here to tour and this review can not even express how impressed I am by the team being this great.

I toured with this community recently and was really impressed. I met with not only the sales director but also the executive director and the director of nursing. Even the chef stopped by to welcome me. It was so clean and smelled great. Music playing in their bistro and residents were so nice as well. Thank you for an awesome experience. My family has some tough decisions to make and The Opal just made them easier.
