They were clean, Friendly and their care was great. Meals were delicious and the cost was well deserved. I was very pleased with Wilson Manor and A Place for Mom.

Really enjoyed their all inclusive pricing, the approach of the facility - namely that all staff regardless of position are trained in dealing with dementia/Alzheimer's and that each unit within the facility is identical so it's the least disruptive when a patient has to be moved from one level of care to another. They were extremely compassionate with end of life care as well.

They really care about the residents and they allow residents to keep their small dogs and cats. Larger dogs can come to visit. I don't remember what they called the different room sizes, my Mom died in April 2023, she was in a 2 bedroom where she had a separate living room, I know they had a single room unit and at least one 2 bedroom unit. All had full size bathrooms with showers, a mini fridge and microwave.

I like how Viva Senior Living is a smaller community and I like the convenience of the location from my home and my work. Yes, I would recommend them to others and have often throughout this past year

Wilson Manor was exceptional. The Director there is outstanding. Extremely friendly. Very welcoming facility.

At The Hearth on James, the staff is their biggest asset. They got to know my parents well, as well as family coming to visit. Both of my parents have had hospitalizations since being there and the nurses were right on it, informing family and meeting our needs. Financially, it is a great value for the room size and the activities offered, compared to a few other places that I looked at. It is a safe and secure building and my parents love the food and meal choices! I rated the cleanliness a little lower due to some painting needs and the outdoor area needing to be kept up better.

I would definitely recommend. Staff is fantastic!

I can't think of anything to complain about. It's a nice modern building. Moving her in was easy. Great Staff, would recommend.

The staff is knowledgeable, nice, and professional. They work hard to help the patients in every way possible. It is clean, and just a good choice for south side of Atlanta. Close by, and not that expensive. I am so glad we found this place with the help of a place for mom. Thank you to all involved. I believe mom is now in good care.

I enthusiastically recommend The Hearth on James! When I first walked in the door for my tour, I was greeted by [name removed] at the desk, Christmas Carol's and engaged residents in the parlor for morning exercises. I felt welcome immediately! I knew the smaller setting and friendly, active residents and staff, offered the very sense of community that my uncle would enjoy. This would be his new home after leaving NJ to be closer to our family in Central NY. Since he moved in, he has had great care, met other residents and joined in the activities. Staff has been helpful getting him involved and meeting others. The nursing staff has contacted me a couple of times with concerns that we were able to solve together...communication both ways is terrific. My uncle loves the food and I don't have to worry that he's not eating balanced and with good nutrition.

They have an awesome staff that goes the extra mile for their residents! Cost and location was also a determining factor for us!They were awesome to each of us!!

I chose this location because of the staff, the communication as well as the location. My father is very happy at Keepsake. I would recommend.And as a nurse I will tell you that staffing is an issue everywhere. The key is to be involved with the people caring for your loved one. Be involved in the day to day life.

My loved one was in a rehab facility and when they evaluated her, the only match we could find for her was Keepsake Village. Our experience was very good. Mom was only there for 6 weeks. She had a UTI and had to go to the hospital, then rehab. After rehab she came to live with us until she passed on [date removed]

A bit understaffed and concerns on how many staff members have left over past 6 months due to management. The executive director is not always honest on facility issues. The remaining staff are lovely. Concerns that no RN is there in the evening. Only Med techs.

I picked this community because of location to me. Costs have gone up, the activities are not everyone's cup of tea. They need to be geared more for active people as well as for those less active. The staff are mostly wonderful, they are willing to work with the family. Memory care is considered assisted living but the doors are locked for safety. I thought there were more services than there are. Memory Care is a lot of money but it keeps dad safe.

We picked this community because, there was a bed available for the care she needed. I would recommend to others. Everyone was so kind.

Friends have asked me about Park Terrace and my response is the same -- our first impression was spot on. The facility is clean, staff is friendly and truly cares for its residents and their family members. The menu offers a wide selection. My mom often tells us about the good meal. The services are planned to meet the needs of the residents. The variety of activities is refreshing. We, including my mom, chose Park Terrace because if the above mentioned and it just felt like the right choice from the time we took our tour to move in day where everyone was so helpful.

My mom suffered a broken leg recently and needs a bit more care than we can provide. We scheduled a meeting at Viva and was met by Sabrina who was SO kind and thorough. We feel comfortable moving forward getting our mom in for the extra care she’ll need.
