This is not a nursing facility. This is senior independent living. Quality of care again this is senior, independent living we're responsible for ourselves. Meals and dining one Thursday a month we have potluck. There's also a breakfast on Wednesday mornings and also coffee time on Friday mornings. Activities they have a a few activities, cards and chair exercises and stuff like that there's a library there is a fitness room. There's a gathering room where I have a large flatscreen TV for viewing the football games and stuff. Value I think was number seven I guess it's lower than most places that I've checked out in the area but it depends on a few things I guess.

I would recommend the community to others. There is a sense of community at the Glendale at the Mansion. There is always some type of socialization available for residents to meet. There is a potluck opportunity once a week for the residents. My loved one loves all the activities offered! The community knows who all has been vaccinated and are helpful in keeping the residents safe. The have different clubs that the residents can choose to be involved with in these groups.

They have places to play games 2 great libraries, and a swimming pool, and a workout room. The facility is clean and if there is an issue they are quick to send someone over, they have good communication. The staff is very friendly and cooperative and truly care. I would recommend this community

We chose this community because of the location. The apartment sizes are not bad, they are efficient for what my mom needs. It is an open concept with a nice size room and bathroom and she has a walk in shower. My favorite part about this community so far has been that we know she is safe. I like her being in a community around others but yet to have her own apartment. I would recommend Creek Bend Heights. The only downfall is the parking, there are not enough spots. It did get resolved for my mom last week.

I like living in this nice community. The staff is nice and they go out of their way to be helpful. The community is nice and clean, we would like to see that the hallways could be cleaned more ofter. They offer kettle activities for the residents to be able to participate. We would recommend this community for the care of other families.

The maintenance crew is excellent and always efficient. I've never had a problem with this apartment site. I say a THUMBS UP!!!!!

I have had a few interactions with the staff at Creek Bend and they have answered our questions and explained things to us. This is an independent living community so mom does not eat the meals here. The community is clean and well maintained. She likes to play card games and I would recommend this community.

We like this one very much and we are on the list. They said they wil have an opening next month.

This looks like the perfect place for us. Very nice grounds and just north of a huge shopping area.

Three years ago when I came here with my sister inquiring about an apartment, the manager Gayle, gave me a tour of the facilities. Gayle showed me an available apartment, and when I saw it, I knew it was meant for me. I am a busy senior so when I am home, I am very private and quiet. My apartment is my first time living alone, and it has been a wonderful experience. The maintenance supervisor Tom, is top notch and could not be more pleasant, efficient and kind. He keeps Creek Bend Heights running smoothly and always looking beautiful and sparkling clean inside and out. The location in the village is just a wonderful added bonus. I cannot recommend Creek Bend Heights enough.

I love it. It's great. I like the ease of the management to accommodate. The maintenance was quick when I made a request. I liked the size and the cleanliness of the apartment, it was large, and everything looked fresh and new, that's why I chose it.

This is a well maintained senior complex with amenities you might not expect to find. The pool is comfortable, the putting green is sufficient and the shuffle board and bocce ball are located near the pool. The grounds are manicured and management does an excellent job of keeping abreast of all that is occurring within the buildings. Space wise the two bedroom apartment is quite large with ample closet space, a nice patio or balcony space, and nice views. Each building is set up to provide a lovely view of trees and garden areas. I also viewed the one bedroom and it is also much larger than you would expect for the price charged. My only complaint is that some of the cabinets and the washer and dryer stackable units need to be updated. Otherwise my stay was terrific. The bonus factor for me was finding out how many seniors were in my midst not only at the complex but at the local stores and various locations. Great location, bus outside the main road at the front entrance and the complex exits to a big shopping center lot- with a grocery store, home depot, bagel store, and a couple of restaurants. It is worth the move!!

Cost 1BR/1Bath $779 plus electric. 2BR/1Bath $879. Very secure entrances. Swimming Pool with step down entrance. Tub/shower combinations. Some apartments have grab bars in bathroom. Would need a doctor's note to have grab bars installed. Elevators. The apartments are clean. Double doors opening into bedroom. Full kitchens. Individually controlled thermostats. A small fitness room, library, inside mailroom, computer area, and common area with tv. The building is located behind a large apartment complex. Newsletters every month with activities available. Examples: Hand & Foot game, Craft hour, Rummikub, Dominoes, Monthly Bible Study, coffee hour, Bingo, Monthly Birthday celebration, and Pizza & Movie night. I spoke to 2 residents who enjoyed living there.

I like the convenience of living at creek bend heights. Everything is within walking distance of the apartment building and i like the face they have laundry facilities and computer access. The residents are congenial and personable. the staff is friendly and helpful. the only minor darwbacks are the lack of central air conditioning and limited storage space. overall a pleasant place to live and I would recommend these apartments to others. I also like the fact that they allow small pets because I find being around animals comforting and helpful.

Glendale at the Mansion is a very special senior living facility. There are no services offered. The rent is extremely reasonable. My 2-bedroom apartment is quite spacious. There are three elevators in the facility, and three floors. Fitness room with TV, library, meeting room with kitchen, swimming pool. In order to keep costs low, I believe, there appear to be only three people to handle all matters including cleaning hallways and stairwells, and maintenance. At times the stairwells do not get the proper attention. Smoking is not allowed in public spaces but odors carry into apartments. The staff are friendly. In spite of the few shortcomings I would highly recommend this location.

They managers just started having tenant meetings to let us know what they will be doing and to ask us what changes we would like to see within the community. Everyone here seems to be a happy. I would recommend to others.
