Easy...5 all the way down! You guys were so helpful! You made the selection so much easier! I've been recommending you to my friends. I'll also be contacting you again when we'll unfortunately need to find a place that accepts medicaid! Wedgewood has great/friendly/helpful people who answer our questions and let us know if she needs anything.

Based on our experience so far we would recommend the Wedgewood South community to other families.

It's amazing place. They made it a home for my loved one. It's a warm, safe and pretty much a comfortable place to be. We picked this community, because it was a mixture of price and a good atmosphere. It has a good home vibe. It is the perfect place for my mom.

The staff at Wilshire on Fourth, Memory Care unit, are absolutely wonderful! They are kind, caring and loving with their residents. [name removed] and her staff made my mother-in=law's stay with them the best. I can't emphasize enough how kind they have been! Thanks to Wilshire on Fourth for a wonderful experience!

This facility is really great! The nurses and staff are so kind and caring to our mom and us as a family. We could not ask for a better place for her to live. The actiivities are fun for her, the food is good for her and her room is kept clean and she has so much space. Our questions are answered in a timely manner and they give her so much encouragement on a daily basis. We are so happy that we were referred here by a friend.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. My loved one seems to be happy here, and the family is pleased. The main thing I see that could be improved, is not having personal belongings disappear.

As a facility, they were really nice. It was professional, well-organized, reasonably priced, with lovely rooms. I would recommend them to anybody.

It was wonderful! It would have been my choice had I been able to afford it. It was going to be $4200 a month and it was just totally out of my price league.

The biggest part about this community that we really like is how nice and clean it is.

They've been good to work with. Anything we've asked for, they've been helpful in providing. The people there have all been nice. My loved one is not a fan of the food, but she also doesn't eat a lot there, so that's not as important. The living spaces are pretty good, although the rooms are a little bit smaller than what she had before at a different community. They have two room layouts, Regular and Deluxe. She has the Regular, and in hindsight she would have rather had the larger Deluxe so she could have fit all of her furniture better for when our family comes to visit.

I would tell others that it is a good place for their loved ones. There is a high turnover of staff. For right now due to the pandemic; I would say to keep your loved one home, but it is a good community.

Friendly and welcoming staff and residents. One BR was a nice size, with a full-size fridge and more storage than I have seen in some other communities’ floor plans. Overall, however, the room was drab and could use some updating and polishing. Beautiful artwork in the hallways.

The community is divided into four wings ('houses') and is very homey and seems more like a big house than a care facility. A big group was playing bingo. Nice built-ins for storage. i was told there are 49 residents.

My sister was in this place for 2 weeks and it is the worst place ever. It is a very pretty place if that is what you are looking for but if you are looking to have your loved one cared for this is not the place. They have no nurses and only medication aides to care for your family and may I add they were the worst aids I have ever seen. You push your bell for help and no help comes the aids hide out in the kitchen or gather around the front desk and sit. Aids were seen going through my sister's belongings while she was asleep The food was atrocious. I can't warn you enough about putting your family here. A complaint will be filed with whomever is in control of this place.

They have horrible management such as [names removed]. They do not know how to run the facility and have no cameras running to show evidence of any incident. A lot of their staff are not certified and do not have proper training!
