I toured the facility and they were warm and welcoming. The cost was reasonable, it was clean, attractive and there was always someone around to help with moving [name removed] in. loved the place. From what I experienced, I felt it would be a place I’d like to be when the time comes. Sadly, my stepmother was only there a few days before she was moved to a Hospice facility, so that’s not enough time to really give a truthful and knowledgeable review.

I recently toured The Landing at Carmichael for my mother, who will be relocating from out of state. While the building is older, it is well-maintained and offers incredible value for the price. The studios are cozy but perfect for someone who doesn't need much space, and the one-bedroom apartments are a great size. What really impressed me was how much is included for such an affordable price—meals, utilities, activities, housekeeping, and even transportation! They also have a cute little salon on-site. It's truly a wonderful option for seniors living on a fixed income. The salesperson who gave me the tour was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. She took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel confident that my mom would be in good hands. I'm really looking forward to having my mom move into this community. After looking at other options, I honestly don't think we could find a better bang for our buck!

My mother [name removed] lives there and we all love the staff!! Mom is engaged and being cared for by the best staff in Lincoln. She is safe and entertained and loved. The best decision our family made. We are truly blessed to have country house taking care of our mother, thank you from [name removed] family.

I am happy at The Landing. Their food so far is great. The only negative I have is that I am 71 and most of the people here are 85 and over. They seem to prefer not making new friends at this point in their lives. I am in a studio right now which is quite small and would love to someday get into a one bedroom.

Very appealing. Seems like the price is fair. Staff very competent and friendly. It meets all the needs of my parents.

Our overall experience was a very positive one. My mom was very well taken care of. She loved all of the staff members and they all treated her very well - they were kind and considerate with her. She had a one bedroom apartment with kitchen, living room and bathroom. The size was perfect for her and she felt at home. Kingston Bay as a whole felt like an upscale hotel. You didn't feel like you were in an assisted living facility. It's a smaller more intimate facility. The staff knows everyone by name and treat you like family. My mom passed away on [date removed] and everyone there showed us so much love and told us how much they were going to miss our mom.

I give The Terraces a 5 on all categories. They were great and so kind and patient with my Mom even though she was so difficult and psychotic with her dementia. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

Symphony Pointe was a beautiful facility! However, we needed a place right away and couldn’t wait for an opening.

The staff are friendly and always open to making your stay here comfortable. All activities are fun. I would recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for for themselves or a loved one.

The staff is helpful and pleasant, and Jim also appears content. Overall, it has been a positive experience. I would recommend the community to others.

We were both sincerely welcomed along with his dog, Elk. In fact whenever Elk visits, staff always makes sure that he has a bowl of water & sometimes even a treat. The staff is efficient & attentive. Residents are always treated with warmth & respect. Sometimes the food could be better but, there is plenty of it and residents have other choices if they so desire. Wonderful snacks are provided between meals. I am very thankful for Country House because I know my husband is well cared for.

We had a very positive experience with everyone at Country House. From [name removed] to [name removed] and the staff we're all very very accommodating. We like the place the Phisical place her room was probably just about right for her because she had dementia and they said smaller rooms work better for dementia patients we had to move her from one room to another room earlier and [name removed] in maintenance was very accommodating to help us do that. I think my mom liked living there and like the people that worked there as far as the Price was concerned, I think that all these places are way over price but that's what it is. I would I would recommend highly Country House to anybody that asked.

The staff has been great, always available to answer questions & care for everyone. They have daily activities plus outings. We haven't sampled the food, but my mother in law says it is good & there are snacks between meals. Her apartment is spacious & the staff keeps it clean. I recommend your services & Country House every chance I get.

My husband received excellent care, food and staff were great. My only complaint was their billing system, they used a third party system, charging unreasonable rates to pay with a credit card

[name removed] is great there....gave us the tour, answered all questions. Was very helpful. Place is clean and very nice. They have a lot of events to participate in.

I would rate each of the categories a 5, I'm extremely happy with Country House! They treat them like family.

I thought the studio apartment was nicer and larger than some that I saw at other facilities The staff has been so great and kind to my aunt during all the transition and the many things we needed help with even coming up and hanging the pictures that I brought from her home and getting her all set up on the Internet and helping to work through some bugs that happened along the way. My aunt says the food is yummy and since she's a vegetarian, they've been very accommodating for her. She's very happy, which makes me happy. When you're 96 years old and used to being very independent and on your own having so many life changes at the same time, it's great that she is in an environment. That's very supportive and caring. And I can sleep better at night knowing that she's safe and happy.

We are very happy with our choice of Sunol Creek Memory Care for my husband. Sunol Creek has a home fell to it. The staff are very caring and compassionate, which not only includes the caregivers but also the Executive Director, Sales Director, Activity Coordinator, and housekeeping. And the food is Great!! And I enjoy spending time with my husband and the other residents.

5 star rating! The property manager was very kind and considerate of our challenges. The residents were very friendly and inviting. The facility is clean and refreshing. I would recommend the community to others who are searching for senior living.

The front desk employees are very helpful. They help you more than they are supposed to. It is excellent. I am treated with respect.
