[name removed] has a great bedside monor. I felt like he really cared and wanted to help us in finding the right solution for our Aunt. Never had an issue or any scheduling conflicts. We had the intake meeting with him and his staff. They started a few days later. I was always able to get ahold of [name removed] personally or his staff on a timely basis. We did have a discrepancy that needed to be resolved and [name removed] stayed on top of it and got it figured out. My Aunt had a few home Helpers before finding a good fit. [name removed] heard our concerns and found another person who ended up being a great match! While this type of Care is expensive, to be able to not worry about how your loved one is being cared for, is worth the cost.

The most remarkable part of working with them was how genuine and caring they were. They were very loving and truly kind. They loved our Mother and she loved them. They prayed, laughed, and crafted with her. They always brought a smile to her and would greet her with a hug. I was amazed at how generous they were with the "off times". They came to her birthday party and funeral on their own time, would check on her in their off time and brought her little gifts. Toward the end we knew she would pass at anytime so each person on duty came early and stayed late. The last minutes of Mother's life was spent with my niece, myself and [name removed] "girls" in the room. [name removed] came in early the morning Mother passed and held her hand as she passed to heaven. [name removed] called the others after Mom's passing and they instantly came to share in our loss and share our grief. A family would be very fortunate to have [name removed] and her employees care for their loved ones.

I rate all of the areas a 5. While my husband was recovering, I needed someone to stay with him for short periods of time. I only used Superior services three or four times and I found their services met our needs very well. Getting started was easy and they were able to provide services each time except once. We were very pleased with the care and attention these ladies provided my husband. They are professional and caring. The value is exceptional for this type of care. We could not be more pleased and highly recommend them.

When I finally got a good person to help with my husband till the end. Meant a lot to me, [name removed] was so good with [name removed] and [name removed] like him. I'm glad he was there till the end. I had a little trouble getting paid from after the time period was up but in the end I was reimbursed. The staff was very helpful in helping me if I had a problem with that. I would recommend Choice Senior to anyone.

The caregivers were very kind and attentive, the management staff was very helpful with scheduling and always made sure to have adequate alternate coverage if a caregiver called out for a shift. The owner, [name removed], is incredibly helpful and assisted us with finding a memory care home when the time came. He also assisted with the transition to the care home. I would highly recommend Amada.

We had a great experience with Hummingbird for our parents. They were very communicative and responsive and made us feel like family. Their staff was extremely proactive when it came to the care plan. Very lucky to have them!

Love this place, the workers are sweet from in house to the office. They really care about the patients and take the time out to see what work best for them and the families. Very organized and caring.

Having a nature age person but still physically able to care for my mother in law. Of course, she's still active enough to walk and shower. With an age of 91, it is mostly an issue with dementia and just wanting to sit a lot, so a licensed nurse isn't needed, which reduces the cost so much. We do not need someone every day yet, and SHS works with us on the hours we need, and they are very flexible when my mother in law has Dr appointments and we need an adjustments on her schedule, because we take her to all appointments. The only issue at all is in home care knowing how to prepare a balanced meal. I didn't realize so many people do not know how to cook, and meal preparation is our most needed concern right now, due to my mother in law not cooking, eating very little, and losing weight. I prepare many of her meals but the days that help is there it it so important she is fed properly to give me a break while keeping her healthy.

I was having problem finding caregivers for my brother. Liberty worked with me to find an excellent caregiver. I am a very satisfied customer and would highly recommemd Liberty LLC to anyone in need of help caring for loved one
