A Place for Mom could not have been more helpful and insightful. They were fantastic at being very reassuring in that they let me know I could count on them throughout the entire process. The Stuart Lodge is a fantastic facility! From my first contact I could see the people there we're very caring reassuring and helpful. This entire process of picking a place for my mother has been made so much easier by A Place for Mom and then also the people at the Stuart Lodge.

I recently had the privilege to tour this stunning Community and will be providing this as my first pick to my siblings. The views of the water from the rooftop lounge and the courtyard pool area were gorgeous.

We were very unhappy with mom's care at a brand new, beautifully impressive facility where they maintained 2 staff to 20 residents. Putting a lock on the door does not make it a memory care facility. We chose Allegro because of the people. There are always several staff members around ready to assist. They really do care. They have been doing this for years and have the experience and knowledge to run things successfully. We have been impressed by the level of care, activities, and friendliness. They strive to do things as if it was their mom.

What they have done really well is work with us as individual clients. My Mother is definitely a name and not an number. They have been very receptive to everything. There are a few situations that need the kinks worked out of them, but the facility is really making an effort.

I have been very pleased so far. This facility takes very good care of my loved one. On a scale from one to five, I rate this facility five stars. So far, a good experience.

First, I would like to say "Thank you" to your friendly staff. Being new at this entire process and the only child to assist my Dad, 82, I was very stressed, nervous and honestly hesitant to trust anyone with my Dad. He had lived with me since my Mom passed in 2002 and unfortunately I realized he needed a level of care I could not provide. From the moment, I made the call to Crane's, to the tour and then his move in day, everything seemed natural and evident that I made the right choice. The Staff is amazing, attentive, caring and friendly. Oh, and let's not forgot, funny. My Dad has always been very shy and quiet, thus why I was stressed as to how he would adapt. But now, he is more talkative, laughs and participates in activities. Crane's, being a newbie at this with just a year of opening, please keep up the great work you do each and every day by always striving to be the best in the industry.

I am just so very pleased, Stuart Lodge is just wonderful. The staff is wonderful as well, it really feels like one big happy family! They have excellent care and they keep very, very busy with the activities...there is always something going on! I am so relieved, this was a very, very large step and it's gone so smoothly, everyone is so understanding. I'm very happy and my mom loves it, too!

After looking at a lot of facilities, I found Stuart Lodge was the greatest in all the above categories. It is also a beautiful facility and is very "cheerful". The staff are incredible and the residents very friendly. My husband loves it.

From the moment we got there we found the staff to be very friendly warm, comforting , and caring. The level of care and professionalism was very warm and comforting. These people are committed to every persons needs. They constantly ask how their residents are feeling and what they can do to help, and it is from a place of genuinely caring and wanting to help. I would move in there myself if I could. They are just absolutely fabulous. I cannot say enough good things about them or recommend them highly enough!

All is very well! I would recommend Osprey Lodge to anyone. No complaints.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. Overall this looked like a very high quality place! They seemed to have a lot of activities, and were just a busy, active community overall. However, we felt that our loved one would do better in a more relaxed, homey type community. If you've got someone wanting to stay busy this would be a great place to look, though!

They're doing a great job overall at Crane's View Lodge! It's a very nice looking, clean, well kept community, and all of the staff have been as friendly as they can be! They're very attentive and always right there to help if you need anything. It's a good sized community and the residents all seem to be happy and social, and Dad really seems to be enjoying himself here as well!

Great staff, beautiful facility and so far everything is positive. I think my sister will end up loving this place.

This facility is beautiful, still a work in progress, but the attention to detail made it feel very homey and inviting. The residents looked happy, well groomed and clean. The current amenities and with the ones to come possibly a dentist and massage therapist will complete the 'all inclusive' theme. Stephanie was a great host, she answered all my questions and provided me with a brochure that captured all the necessary information. All the staff I met was very friendly and it was obvious they enjoyed their jobs. This facility would fill the needs of my parents at their current physical state.

This community is by far the best option in Tampa - brand new, gorgeous, awesome food, and extremely caring people. The residents have a great time at happy hour in the lounge upstairs, and always seem to be smiling and enjoying themselves. I visit my mom at least three days a week (I live within walking distance, which is always nice) and actually look forward to being there. They have lots of events and opportunities for family members to be a part of there, which was a huge draw for me.

Elite neighborhood. Very close to parents and VA Hospital. Talked to Mgr., price at high end, I really like this facility and find it the most favorable in Tampa so far. They are sending us a brochure. This facility is amazing. We will definitely visit there the next time we fly to Tampa. My parents and sister plan to go with us for the visit.

I think it's a hard transition, both for the person with dementia as well as their family members. It's very emotional and difficult and just takes time. You need to stay on top of things and communicate often with the staff when getting started. They've been open to phone calls and provide valuable guidance. The regular staff is fine, although we had an incident with a travel nurse that has not been followed up on as we requested. But all of the other nurses are fine. The facility is very nice and presentable, and it doesn't smell.

Great community, was a little too large for us.
