The community is working with the family with our concerns about the care of my loved one. They have been very responsive to the family's concerns and getting these areas fixed. The community allows the family to send snacks over to our loved one. There are activities for the residents to participate in. The internet in the community is not as good as we anticipated, and we are working with the community to try and get this improved for our loved one.

positivedL staffed 24/7; fighting fiercely /effedctively againsr Covid-18 spread in tghe facility. regular testing, lovkdown, cancel all activities. closed dining room, getting rfety for vaccination. negative:: staff turnover out of control. sub-par food, bad time management . Many associates lie avout residents, descriving imaginaryervents and actions.staff forgetsto deliver meddicines, and many gace to be redminded about simple tasks like trash pickup and laudry pick up/return afterf sash. food is really sub-par.The cooks are not profesionally trained, and menu planning iinadequjazte. currently, there are no food choices offered. food is servedc as to barn aqnimals, not appeopriate for humans.

My mother was previously a resident at The William. I have moved her to a different facility. My suggestion for improvement: they need to communicate better. No one ever communicated that the AC had been off for a total of 5 days. My mom had to sleep in a room where the outside temperature was over 103 degrees. Her door automatically closes , so it keeps in all the heat. It's pretty sad when my mom, who has dementia, knows to prop a chair to hold open the door so that cool air can come in. Very disappointed in The William.

We didn't have a happy experience here. There was a lot of staff turnover. There was no communication with hospice and med techs. We were sold by the original director, and left a couple weeks after my loved one moved in. There is a lot of agency staff for housekeeping. The batteries in the smoke detectors went out, and the community didn't have anyone to assist with replacing the batteries. We saw pests. There was an staff argument in front of residents and visitors and this caused the chef to quit. We had to track down caregivers or med techs to provide medication to our loved one since this wasn't given on time.

The community was okay. The food was good. Some of the caregivers were really nice, but they need more training. They need to improve with the leadership/management. My loved one was there a short period of time. They had staffing issues, which was concerning. I was dissapointed with my experience. They didn't seem to be able to take on the load or provide services, that we were paying for.

This place is horrible. We are desperately trying to find a new place for my mom. The staff here is incompetent. My mom’s meds have not been administered correctly for MONTHS! Their staff turnover is ridiculous. The management team is clueless, doesn’t follow through on anything, they make excuses for everything, and are just over all incompetent!! This place should be shut down!
