The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. The facility is beautiful.

I like the combination of custodial care and personal medical attention for Ann. Occasional updates by phone have been very reassuring. I would recommend them to others based on the experience so far.

We are so happy we chose Harbor Homes. This is a transition we never thought we would have to make and we can't imagine doing it any other place. The staff is amazing. They are the most caring group of people!!! They love my dad and we love them for that!!!

Every time I asked for assistance with my 94 year old mother it was given without hesitation. Staff was highly professional and friendly.

Staff are excellent, very attentive and caring. Seems to be a lot of activities for residents. The food is per my mom ok, the few times i have been there it has been a little bland. . It always clean, great staff and all around good experience.

5 on each. Although Mom was only there for a short time care was excellent and everyone was so friendly. I was impressed either way the entire experience. I was sorry that Mom was not in a position to participate in any of the activities.

I would give 5 for everything except the food as I do not know how the food is. My nephew likes it so I assume it is good. The menu looks nice and yes we would recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far

I would give a "5" for each category. The Bradford is very clean. The caregivers are the kindest and very attentive. They treat the residents beautifully. The food is very good and is presented in a lovely way on the plates. There are nice activities and special dinners. I definitely made the right decision in choosing the Bradford. Everyone at the Bradford tries very hard for the residents.

1 negative was the sales person over promised services originally that were not available such as trivial item such as snack services for example. One experience over the last year really been wonderful. The staff is wonderful. Events have been great, family events like mothers day was so nice. the facility is clean and the food service, snacks and all around is fantastic. That's been our experience and can't say enough good things about the facility.

My sisters and I toured The Gables as well as several other similar locations. The Gables stood out to us as the best choice for mom because of the location, activities, meals and overall atmosphere. Mom has been there for about a week now and feels like she is living in a dream. Everyone is very friendly, those residents she has talked to are very happy there and she really wants for nothing. The activities are appropriate for her and varied to keep her interest. The meal selections are extensive and very good. The staff is very pleasant and helpful, and we couldn't have asked for anything more for her. It has given us some peace of mind to know that she is getting her meds when needed, eating right, and socializing since we can't be with her all the time. I would highly recommend The Gables to others looking into care options for their elderly relatives.

Food is great. Everyone is nice and caring. Beautiful space outdoors. Good activities coordinators. Highly recommend.

I was no longer able to care for my husband at home. He was admitted into the assisted living section and adjusted very well and made many new friends. Unfortunately he suffered a stroke and now is in the memory care unit. The director and the nursing staff worked with the rehab facility and made it possible for his return to go very smoothly. I would choose and recommend the Gables of Westerville to my family and friends!

Friendly, caring staff. The new activities gal is a plus. My grandma has been here for about six months and she loves it. The staff and nurses are attentive, kind and supportive. Every time I come visit she's doing something different.

5 on all the staff are friendly and if a patient falls or is having a bad day they get hugs and kisses and they are well fast.

I would rate the above 5. The staff is wonderful but my Dad is not happy there and we are in the process of moving him to Celebration Villa in Lewisburg.

I would rate "5" on every single category. From the very first contact from [name removed] in December, to every time I've gone (I live out of state), each of the staff has gone above and beyond. My siblings, who live in proximity to Heather Hills would agree. The staff is great (management, aides, housekeepers, laundry and dining) and have made Mom's experience to date enjoyable. She's made several friends with both staff and residents. Any "complaints" or requests for additional assistance has been responded to quickly. The food is excellent (especially the cookies!), offering a wide variety of choices. While Mom never enjoyed eating at a restaurant, she has a good appetite indicating she likes the variety offered at HH. (My) Being from out of state, I stayed with Mom the first 3 nights to make sure everything went smoothly with her move. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Mom didn't participate with activities at first (she moved in in January) but now attends the concerts, participates in the walking club, Sew and Chat, and has even gone on an outing. (She is legally blind so activities are limited at times.). The best part is the interaction she now has - on a daily basis - with friends and staff. Heather Hills recently raised their care prices substantially. While we weren't pleased, we also realize they were probably undercharging in today's economy. In comparison to other facilities in the area and comparing notes with friends who have a parent in a facility, HH is still #1. While you haven't asked about my thoughts on "A Place for Mom", I'm going to share what I have told others. You were a God send. I was skeptical at first, having seen the commercials on TV. But I thought I'd give it a try. The quick response time (I called on a Sunday and talked with several people),the amount and variety of information provided was such a tremendous help to me, my mother and my siblings. We didn't know what we wanted at first...live in aides, hourly aides or assisted living and where. [name removed] was the first to call me and I'm glad he did. He answered all of my questions and responded to subsequent queries. While we did visit a few other facilities before deciding, HH came out on top amongst all of the categories you asked about.
