I'm writing this in behave of my father inlaw & mother in law. Arbor Village has treated them very well. They keep us up to date on them as well. It was a seamless transition from there home to assisted living at Arbor Village. I would recommend Arbor Village.

I have found overall that Alpine Way Continuing Cate Center has done a good to great job servicing my father. They need an additional driver to take residents to and from shooing but we are trying to make the Mon-Wed before 8-2pm work. Dad days the food is ok to good on some days and others not the best. They do have a menu of scheduled meals and an ala-carte menu.Staff have been really good and kind in my and my father's transition. For us this is an ongoing process, one I how will get better in time.

Creekside was everything and more for our family. Warm yet professional, they always made us feel welcome and took such good care of my "second mom." I cannot say enough about Creekside. I would like to live here if I needed assisted living!

Overall good experience at Cascades of Grant Pass. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend Cascades of Grant's Pass to other families

This small little community is such a gift. So many smiles and joy on the residents’ faces. They have a lovely courtyard with a view of Pilot Butte, which also has some nice hiking trails and benches for picnics with family. They also have a wonderful security system for the safety of your loved one. These people truly care about the well being of their residents.

We needed a nice place for my mom at the end of her life. She needed more care than we could handle. I looked at several places in Roseburg and asked God to make it clear where my mom was supposed to go. And he did! It's a beautiful warm welcoming place and I liked the staff. I felt comfortable having my precious mama there. I knew the staff would care for her and watch over her when I couldn't be there. I knew I made the right decision when I could/ can sleep at night. I will recommend Bridgewood to others. Elderly care is expensive but the care that was provided for my loved one, was worth it.. We also could come and go 24/7 to see her anytime we wanted!

A special thanks to the staff at Cascades of Bend for really caring about their residents. They have great activities, and go above and beyond to protect their residents and bring them joy. Thank you!!!!!!!

Cascades protected my mom from my deranged sister to the very end and went above and beyond in every way. I’ve volunteered at multiple memory care facilities, and this one is by far the best I’ve ever visited. The residents are clearly happy and the place even smells good, because they keep it so clean. There are videos on Cascade's Facebook page showing my mom laughing and playing instruments and singing happy birthday up until only a couple weeks before she passed. That is miraculous to me that they were able to bring joy to someone with such advanced dementia. I owe them so much.

The staff at Cascades of Bend went above and beyond to ensure that my mother-in-law received the care she needed. They did their best while patiently managing unwarranted and disrespectful behavior towards themselves and their residents. Watching a loved one battle memory loss is an extremely difficult experience for a family to go through, but the staff followed the care plan they were given to make sure that the most important person in this situation was as comfortable as possible. Thank you, staff!

I love it here! The staff is wonderful, especially maintenance. [name removed] does his best to cater to about 180 people 3 times a day. (No easy task) The best part are the residents. We all take care of one another and everyone seems to be mostly happy. I love it here!

They treated Mom very well and were helpful with everything I needed. The staff was always caring and treated Mom with respect.

We moved our mother to Deerfield Village at the end of the summer. While the transition was hard for her at first, we are so happy and feel that we made the right decision. The staff is wonderful, they live her and she loves them. She has made friends with several people and the social interaction has made a huge difference in her overall demeanor. We finally get to have a relationship with her that is about more than her day to day needs. She is safe and looked after which gives us peace of mind.

Everyone at Heritage Springs is pleasant and helpful. My husband is very happy there. Says staff is “wonderful’. Food is very good, with a varied menu. Accommodations are fresh, clean and very comfortable. My expectations have been exceeded! It was a difficult decision to make, but when I see my husband’s comfort level, I am positive that I made the right decision.

Our families experience

I would say 5's for all except maybe a 4 for food. I haven't eaten there yet but mom says it's not always great. Overall I think we are very satisfied with Mountain Glen.

Our loved one spends too much time in her room alone but she is stubborn about going to activities and meals and is crippled. The food is good and nutritious. There are many choices and visiting guests and artists, wish mom would go to more of the activities. We are private pay and mom requires lots of help so she's at a high level however Dad can no longer care for her 24-7. It's very expensive but it's working out. Dad visits her every day. I live out-of-state but have visited Jefferson Lodge several times since she moved in beginning of August. Most residents are veterans.

Everyone that lives here looks to be very happy. They offer a huge variety of apartment configurations and sizes. From studio to two bedrooms. This is my happy place!

I would highly recommend Cascades of Grants Pass to anybody. It would be a great place to move you or your loved ones to.

My mother was in a skilled nursing rehab facility 30 miles away. Another local home said I would have to arrange for the transport of her to them for evaluation before deciding to accept her. The Cascades sent 2 people the next day to my mother for evaluation & started the process to transport her here. It made a very stressful situation so much more manageable. There are different levels of care available. My mother required the highest level of care in the memory care facility. Everyone is knowledgeable and eager to help you maneuver through the process.

It has been a very smooth transition from Mom's home into Cascades. The staff is very kind and helpful and it gives me peace of mind that my mom is well cared for and safe. She has made a lot of friends which has been so good for her. I like that the facility isn't too big or too small.
