The reason we gave the cleanliness 3 out of 5, is because our loved ones room was a little unclean by the friends and the bed was awful. However, the environment at the community is very friendly and the clients are really nice to talk to. We would recommend The Pointe community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Our family visits twice a week. Mom is always busy with activities and has many friends. Food is always improving. Not totally happy with communication between administrators and family. They take very good care of mom and go out of the way to help her make the most of her days. Mom is 95. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend Wickshire Port St. Lucie to other families and already have. Mom has been there just over a year.

The only thing that really matters to me is that they made my mother feel welcome and safe. The staff there was wonderful, and I have no doubt it will continue. We were greeted and seated in moments after our arrival. The staff did a great job of showing us all the amenities available. We were treated to lunch and mom met quite a few of the other residents. Many of them offered to show her around when she moves in. I have no doubt she will be very happy at Wickshire.

I loved The Pointe when we toured the community. My favorite, but it's self-pay only. Watching the way staff and residents communicated with each other was heartwarming.

We toured Wickshire Countryside and the tour was great. Everyone was friendly, staff and residents. The facility itself was okay. The carpeting is old and looks in need of replacement. We were invited to stay for lunch during our tour. Our tour guide was great.

I chose Wickshire primarily because they are able to provide more skilled nursing than the others. Mom is not mobile and needs assistance to get in/out of bed and typically doesn't get to the bathroom, so she requires more care than the others would have been able to provide. Mom hasn't been involved in activities so I can't really rate that and the value for the money I don't really have a comparison although it was priced lower than other facilities I've toured. I will say that mom seems very happy there and the hospice people that come to take care of her have said it's one of the nicer facilities they go to -- I would say that's positive feedback!

There was nothing horribly wrong with this facility but I did not see any residents doing anything. The place was way too quiet and almost eerie. I asked why there was no one around and I didn't really get a good answer. It did have an odd odor to it which made me wonder what was being covered up. Outside of that it was about a half hour or more from my home and other facilities were closer.

We liked the community. This community was more care than my loved one needed at this time.

Wickshire Countryside is 110% better than the last place my friend was at. He's very happy here. The people are very friendly, so much more than the last place. It's more of a family atmosphere. The staff are pretty easy to contact if you need something. The food is fairly good and generally picky eater approved. I wish he would get more involved with the people there. But he has a group he sits with at meals. And they offer various activities, including holiday parties, and they have a Super Bowl party coming up. He's really been enjoying the on-site library.

Outstanding experience. My contact, a lovely sales director, did an amazing job, through her kindness and thorough explanations about what assisted living at Wickshire Countryside would be like once my 92 year old father leaves his home of 40 years. She, the residents, and other staff were friendly and welcoming when he visited to tour the beautiful, clean facility. My father attributes his decision to move to his "new home" to his experience with the wonderful people he met on his first visit to the facility. My family is most grateful for their help in making this positive transition a reality. Now Dad will be surrounded by new friends and competent staff in a place where he can feel safe and content.

Our family had an in person tour and we had a great tour experience the staff members were very friendly towards us

I would rate all a 5. Especially the memory unit staff. The activities only get a 4 because with memory only we know that it can be hard but we do acknowledge that. The staff has been very helpful and supportive since her move there.

Wickshire Tamarac has a family like atmosphere to it which was something we were looking for. All of the staff members and residents are so kind and friendly. When we come to visit they know us all by our first name and always greet us. The staff members show genuine concern for our loved ones care - even when he had to go to the hospital a few times they were checking in on him and welcomed him back with open arms when the hospital released him .The meals and dining service is fantastic, they have club napkins, a leather bound menu like something you see at a fancy restaurant. The wait staff is incredible. The activities are very good, he has made plenty of new friends playing cards and bingo. They have happy hours every day and live musical entertainment. It has been a lovely experience so far.

Regency Park ALF is under new management and a lot of exciting things are happening. You should stop by to see for yourself the changes that have already been made and to hear about what is planned for 2023. NEW MANAGEMENT, NEW IDEAS AND A NEW BEGINNING FOR 2023.

My loved one had a very good experience at Wickshire Tamarac once he was able to get all settled in.

My brother spent 2 weeks during a respite stay at Wickshire in PSL. He was very comfortable and enjoyed his time there. The staff and residents were wonderful The staff was very accommodating, personable, made him feel so special, like family .They have great activities, very nice restaurant and menu. The facility looks like a 5 star hotel, and the room he stayed in was beautiful, spacious, and cheery. I would absolutely recommend this beautiful facility.

This was a nice community. If we didn't pick another community we would have moved here.

Every step of this process was made easier with our contact person and every person we encountered on our tour and many many phone calls and emails. Prompt and responsive to all of our questions which assured us that we were making the first right step.

We had a great tour with Wickshire Port St. Lucie. We didn't care much for it though as an independent living facility. They seemed to be a little on the depressing side.

My experience with Wickshire was Awesome, a friendly and family oriented feeling that you would love for you or your loved ones. Friendly and courteous staff that goes above and beyond their regular duties and responsibilities. This is the place to have loved ones and know that they will be well taken care of, and better for you pockets with most amenities included. Wickshire gives this warm and comforting feeling you will not find anywhere and the food is delicious.
