I had an appointment to meet with [name removed] or [name removed] the managers representing these apartments. After waiting two hours in the lobby, I was able to talk with a good number of the residence that lived there. My understanding is that the building no longer belongs to [community removed], but sold to another company that has their designs on developing the back lot as well as the current property into a multifamily low income facility. I contacted a place for mom and they admitted that it had been a couple years since they supported Pinewood as a great place for senior citizens. In fact, place for mom had changed their rating from a five star apartment complex to a one star and this was primarily due to management and maintenance concerns. As I was walking out three fairly large [removed] women were walking in from the parking lot. I asked if for a chance one of them was the manager that I was supposed to meet with and I was immediately given an attitude much like they assumed they were better.

At this time I would not recommend this place to anyone. I'm not happy here as they have changed owner/manager, I would like to move.
