This was a great community I just felt that there was another community that was a better fit for my loved one. This community was also on the bigger side and I was looking for something not as big and more homey feeling for our loved one.

Our tour with Seaton Chesterfield was great. Unfortunately the location was just too far from us.

This community was great and was a really good community. It was just too far away for there to be enough family around to come and see her regularly. The community seemed nice and clean.

I am comfortable that my mother is in a safe place. I think the staff are very nice. My mom tells me she enjoys the activities, and she likes playing bingo and cards. The food I tried was delicious, although Mom is less thrilled with it. I think it's a good place overall but a little pricey.

My family and I, and my brother are very thankful to have such a great group of people taking such good care of him. [name removed] is very easy going and we appreciate all the kindness he is shown daily at Prestige Commons.

I think the community does very well. The community isn't too big. The staff are great. There are activities available all day for the residents. They have a big movie room, and they take residents out on trips around town as some example for activities. The living quarters have a full kitchen in the apartments.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the community was just not in our price range

After determining that my mother could no longer be able to live on her own, we started looking for assisted care facilities in Chesapeake Virginia. We were looking for a place that we could transition into additional services when needed and one that my mother would feel at home when in her own room. Upon visiting Georgian Manor, we were impressed with the friendliness and cleanliness as well as the longevity of the staff that would be looking after my mother. We also were able to decorate my mom’s room to make it feel like home as much as possible. Three months later, my mother has made numerous friends, thoroughly loves the staff, and loves the food. In addition to social activities, she enjoys sitting outside in their courtyard and eating meals with her new friends.

They were great. The staff were very caring and helpful, from the clinical staff to the administration. The care my loved one received was great. She had a relatively short stay here, and move-in and move-out all went smoothly.

Toured Commonwealth and liked the facility. This was in our top 3 picks.

We toured Commonwealth senior living and it was a very nice facility. The reason we did not go with them was just because they did not have the unit that we were wanting available at the time.

It was a difficult time, but I had a very good experience with the person who helped me get into the facility. And then the person who ran the facility was beyond great to me and my brother. He helped us considerably with our situation. I was pleased with the overall experience with the help I needed at the time living out of state. They went beyond what they needed to do and were very helpful. With Covid going on as well, it was horrible times, but Commonwealth was awesome. Cleanliness was good, and they had a great staff They provided good care. They were doing really well and trying the best they could in that situation. The food seemed ample, social distancing was enforced in the dining room, and everyone looked happy. I was happy to see that they were still offering activities even during Covid.

We chose The Devonshire because I really liked the atmosphere. The room sizes here are perfect for what my loved one needs. The facility is very secure and I would recommend to others who are looking. I would absolutely love to live here myself.

A lot has changed due to covid, but they are doing a great job given the circumstances. The staff members are very attentive, they are always there to help and encourage the residents to ask for help when needed. They do not want them to struggle for asking for help. The staff are wonderful, we could not ask for a better experience. Our loved there is absolutely thriving.

I am one of the MAs at Carient Heart & Vascular. I recently got the pleasure of meeting [name removed] who brought in one of our patients. I can't rave enough about her. She was extremely helpful, very patient & so caring. You can tell she really loves her job and the residents. Her personality really just brightened up my day.

I enjoy it here. The food is good, staff are friendly and everything is cleaned often. Everyone is always willing to help and it is a very comforting feeling.
