Eddy Senior Living

I just completed my first year at Hawthorne Ridge and it was a happy one leaving my home of 51 years was difficult and I did not know what to expect. What I found was a friendly group of people who were at the same time in their lives as I was. The building is exceptionally clean and the staff are clearly here to help goes. I feel comfortable and happy and pleased that I made the right choice in moving here.

I have resided at Independent Living 1 1/2 years can attest that this a great place to be. The ILU size makes it possible to get to know the other residents and develop friendship which makes it feel like a big family. The admin dining maintenance staffs are all great. Doing with everyone I know here, thank we made an excellent decision.

Everyone who works for Hawthorne Ridge, go above and beyond. They are here to provide whatever the issues may be. They do it with sincerity and with a smile. this is a great place to live.

We were apprehensive moving here at first however after being here a week, my wife and I agreed that we should have made the move 5 years ago. The accommodations are great. Every department and their personal are over the top. All request are answered rapidly and with a friendly smile OVERALL OUR RATING FOR THE RIDGE IS A+++

The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff is awesome and my mom was well cared for.

We liked the facility so much we ended up choosing to place my aunt there. The place was very clean and had no unpleasant odors. The staff were friendly and engaged with the patients and seemed very patient with them. The facility as well as the bedrooms are well lit, bright and airy with a lot of windows. The food is very good. The grounds are well landscaped so there is a lot of walking room. They do a lot of activities everyday. Overall a very nice facility.

Staff has been fantastic and very helpful, from the housekeeper to the head nurse. The transition went very smoothly and all the staff was there to assist with any questions. My mom is very happy there. And we are very happy also.

My loved one was previously a resident at The Terrace at The Glen at Hiland Meadows and the experience was great. The staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful. Based on our experience, I would recommend The Terrace at The Glen at Hiland Meadows to others.

Well, our loved one is no longer there, but it was all round an excellent experience. Based on the experience we had with The Terrace at Eddy Memorial, we would absolutely recommend them to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

It's a very friendly place. The staff is caring and polite. I feel confident that my father is safe and well taken care of. The price was more reasonable than Brookdale East. It was also much closer to my house.

The floor staff seem really nice and friendly with my dad. There was a lot of renovation work done and dining halls were closed so extra people at times and food sometimes cold. Would be nice if they asked residents what they would like.

My mother was only there a short time she had to be transferred to a lot higher level of care with the staff was wonderful they were very caring. The facility was nice and clean and beautiful and my mother really enjoyed it.

The staff team there are great! What we like the most about The Terrace community is how caring and friendly the staff are towards our Mom. They also do a great job of having the staff communication to us about mom and her needs

Glen Eddy is a great place to live. The staff is caring and the residents are friendly. There are plenty of activities and entertainment. If you are looking for quality senior living, Glen Eddy is the place for you.

The Terrace at Eddy Memorial was a critical step in a Bridge to Home for my mother. She had a fall and needed to build her strength before she returned to her house. Her stay there helped that tremendously.

It has been my pleasure to live at Glen Eddy for the past four years. Having come from a distance, i found the residents very friendly and helpful. There are quite a number of activities, including exercise, socializing at dinner, arts and crafts and trips to events. The musical programs are excellent and my apartment is quite lovely. I rate the surroundings, the staff, the dining experience highly, and the food is quite good. I give my life here a high five!! And -- everyone on Staff knows your name!

They have been 5/5 on everything except dining, which has been a bit uneven, ranging from close to gourmet to tolerable. But everyone loves it there. I enjoy the activities - great exercise program suited to you, terrific cultural events, rides to best shopping and performances. etc.

My rating for each of these categories is 5. The staff of Marjorie Doyle Rockwell Center is exceptional. The facility is always clean. My mom's health has declined in the 10 months she's been at MDRC. I am kept well informed of everything that occurs. My mom also has more frequent bouts of incontinence. She is kept clean and dry. I and my family are always welcomed and made to feel at home when we visit. To be honest, I can't think of a better facility. They take excellent care of her and I feel so blessed that I know she is well cared for and that I made the right decision of admitting her to MDRC.
