They do a great job and mama is very happy there. Mom loves it n is very happy the building is really cool...antique looking...nice large porch. Good food

The staff is so polite! Everyone says hello and are quick to help. The building is immaculate and there is no smell anywhere in the building. I love the all inclusive pricing as well. No math to figure out every month! I look forward to moving my dad in soon.

I have been very happy with this place. I think they have a good staff to patient ration. I think the staff is very caring and attentive. I think the floor plan and the layout of the facility lends itself to good supervision.

5 for all of them. What we like the most about the community is that their staff has gone above and beyond and the food is the best ever my Mom is so happy and involved there she is like a new person

I've had wonderful people help me every step of the way. Elevated Estate Edwinola has been a wonderful place for what I needed for my sister. They're in touch with me very often as to letting me know something or answering. Any questions I have. I can't complain about the wonderful people that have been with me every step of this.

All of the staff that we met were kind, helpful and accommodating. There are lots of fun activities monthly and they have a Facebook page so you can see your loved one participating in the activities.

5 on all categories, I have no complaints! Room sizes in memory care are spacious and clean, with staff available at all times. I have peace of mind that my mom is in good hands. I visit frequently unannounced and never have seen or witnessed an issue.

I would give all of the categories a 5. They were fantastic with him. They do need to hire a few more staff. [name removed] & [name removed] on 3rd floor went above & beyond. They were very attentive to all of the residents. The facility was very clean. Never a bad smell. He didn't leave the 3rd floor so I don't know to much about it. They did seem to have a lot of activities available.

The staff are very friendly and they have strong customer service. You have the feeling of belonging here from day one.

My Mom is so happy and she is taken care of very well! I definitely recommend Elevated Estates to anyone.

My mother in law receives excellent care and is treated with kindness and respect. The facility is spotless and the staff is highly trained. Food is plentiful and appropriate for each resident requirements. Cost is very reasonable for the high level of care she receives.

It does not seem like an old fashion smelly nursing home, she can get meals delivered if she needs too, she can keep her home healthcare services. I love the big front porch with a few cats that live outside there, the people seem to enjoy them, if they want too. There is a small Park for the towns people to decorate for holidays and they have spring craft fairs. They have a cute little store that a couple of the residents take care of each day.

Elevated Estates is not fancy. It is very basic in appearance but very well run. I would rate it as a 5 across the board. We have been very happy with her care at Elevated Estates. It is more than assisted care, far more.

I have finally gotten my husband settled in a Forest Oaks in a very nice private room that was spotless when he moved in. The entire staff has been very supportive of me as well as very empathetic to my husband's needs. All of the executive staff is always available but especially the nursing staff and the nursing wellness director especially. I am just so relieved that he is finally in the best facility.

I live in New York State and was unable to visit the facility or meet with the staff. I had to go solely on phone calls and input from my representative from a place for mom. To add to the situation I needed to find a place in 4 days. The woman my sister had been living with died suddenly, and my sister needed to be place as she could not be left alone. The director and everyone at Estates Edwinola went out of their way to assist my sister in moving in and adjusting to her new surroundings

I can't say enough about Elevated Estates. They helped us get in by reducing the community fee and splitting up the initial payment over three months since the reimbursement from our previous facility would take a month to get back into his bank account. They also worked diligently to have a room prepared for him the next day. The nurses could actually be sure he was given all meds. His room was comfortable, there were wide halls and 10 to 12 residents on his floor. The activities for residents were available daily. Their attention to him was remarkable. He was there about three months and had been placed on hospice after one month there. The care that they gave him was so sincere and as he was there dying, they actually saying a Christian song to him. So from their administrative staff to their nurses to their skilled workers to the Maintenance crew, Elevated Estates made both my brother's life and my life so much more comfortable than any place he had been!

I am a resident at Elevated Estates Edwinola. I would recommend this facility to others.

No problems at all , except we were moving to a different area Pensacola to be exact. I would recommend Elevated Estates of New Port Richey to a family member or friend.

We cannot comment on the meals and dining service, and but the one thing I would like to see is the facility be brighter - lighten up the floors and walls as the appearance, to me, is dreary. However, based on the experience we have had so far with Elevated Estates of New Port Richey, we would recommend this community to other families.
