I currently work at Sugar Fork and I love the environment and people I work with. It’s so bright and peaceful. Your loved one will love it here. If you want your family member in a place where they are happy, food is great, well taken care of, they feel and are heard , in a clean and safe environment where they become our family as well than come see us at Sugar Fork

Beautiful atmosphere...upbeat staff, very friendly and helpful. Very pleasant and homey facility. Rooms are good size with kitchenette, living area and bedroom and bath. In room laundry as well. Spacious but not overwhelming. Activities are frequent and varied...focus on socializing, cooking, outings to nearby locations, singing, church services, movies, games, crafts and much more. There are scheduled events designed for family participation as well.

I can honestly rate all of them as a five. The value for the money is a tricky question because I do understand that all assisted living facilities in this area seem to be very expensive and his bill can be around $[fee removed] a month with the extra things that he needs on top of the normal monthly cost. But we feel that it is worth it for the level of consistently excellent care and professionalism that we have experienced there! And they are incredibly welcoming to guests. We live only a few miles away and pop in all the time, and they are friendly and welcoming and inviting in the cafeteria and everything!

The administrative staff was wonderful! Answered all my questions and made my decision to take her there a good decision. They were so concerned for her and her passing in her sleep was devastating to them. I would recommend Heritage Crossing to anyone.

We love coming here to visit our friend. We are always welcome by everyone. We love to come and have breakfast with our friend as not only is it an awesome breakfast by we get to have a wonderful time with out friend.

The building is immaculate! The staff are amazing, the place is clean. The supervisor is very hands on and is in the know for everything. I would recommend everyone to come here! It feels like we’re doing something new everyday, like little events or live music. It’s amazing! ??

Great tour today at this wonderful community. Got to meet a few residents who say the love being home at Sancerre. I can’t wait for my mother to be a part of this community. Residents are happy and the building is beautiful

Had a wonderful tour with [name removed] the sales and Marketing everyone was so nice even the ED and the maintenance guy everyone was great friendly, polite, caring for residents nice place in appearance and a friendly friendly atmosphere

I came in to visit my Grandma here and had an amazing meal! The stuffed grouper was amazing and the serving staff was super friendly and responsive. They really seemed to know my Grandma and she's only been there for a couple of months. Everything looked so nice and everybody was kind. It just felt like a really good place! Thanks for being so great for my Grandma!

My overall impression of this place is that it is a beautiful clean and has a friendly atmosphere. The staff is are highly engaged with the client and lead in leading activities and ensuring everyone is having fun while they participate.

Sancerre is a beautiful community with welcoming staff. It is clear that staff from all teams greatly care about the residents under their roof and build strong bonds with them. The rooms are spacious and beautiful and the community is near many great stores and conveniences. The common areas are expertly decorated but still feel like home!

Meals - initially dining options were 5 but there have been some days without chef so this week meal options declined Activities 5 trips to Hartville and to see Christmas lights. Mom likes the weekly movies/church/bingo plus the art activities. Our transition for mom happened so fast and heritage really did a great job getting mom acclimated to her new home
