My mother has been interacting with other residents during activities. I am happy that the staff encourages her to participate. The community is very clean. The meals are okay they could be a little better. It's a small community so my mother is able to receive that one on one attention she needs. I would recommend the community to friends and family.

When we put our parents in the center their needs varied from the greatest to the least. And they both have adjusted well and I feel like everything has been taken care of very professionally and with a lot of care and kindness. The Gables has such a homey feel. I think that's why my dad adjusted so well.

The staff really does their best, they're doing a good job taking care of my husband. The food is usually pretty good, sometimes they don't have what you ask for, but that's ok because a lot of people are different with what they want as far as what to eat.

This place was incredible. I would give them the highest rating. They were really, really amazing. I had no issues at all with The Gables.

Best activities LADY. Untrained aides. A few good ones. Lack of administrative involvement. Mother and daughter team to sweep things under the carpet. If family member is not walkable and needs level 3 cares be cautious of what will happen on cares. Like I said. Good aides move on because of the shortage of help and pay. They do minimal training on new aides if they don't walk. Transfers are a bigger. No skills taught.

The one lady working there that was awesome, quit and is working at [community name removed] where my mom is. New management now, maybe it has improved.

It was pretty good if your family member was very functional. Meals were always on time, not enough staff for the residents.I like maple springs a whole lot more, overall.

I think Gables does as well or better than most assisted living facilities in northern Utah. Having checked other places I'm convinced the Gables is as good as others in the area including some who charge far more money.

The staff is very caring and tries to create a family type of feel at their facilities. They do struggle with turnover, but have some who have stuck with it and do a great job. I am glad we landed at the Gables.

We had a splendid tour with everyone involved, my family really seemed to enjoy the facility and the staff.

This community was very nice but the reason we went with another community is because we spoke with another community and they stated that there was a resident that would relate greatly with my loved one. When we heard this we knew that this would be a perfect fit for my loved one.

This was a good community but it was not cost efficient for my loved ones needs. The tour was good and they gave a lot of info and made sure to be very thorough.

I would tell others this is a very nice place. The cleanliness and administrator stand out to me to set The Gables apart from other communities. Painting, arts and crafts, and more are some of the activities for the residents to choose from for activities.

The community does charge for transportation and it's not available all the time. Overall they have been very good with my loved ones. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience

Our loved ones room is spacious and up kept when it comes to the care. We do think there is room for improvement but it does seem to be cleaned and well organized. We also think they could use improvement on their communication.

The staff we meet during our tour were nice and knowledgable. This care home is gorgeous. This is a lock down care home and we felt it was not the right place for my loved one at this time

The staff here has been great. The environment of this community is awesome. It has a great feeling and my loved one likes the homey feeling. It's not to big , but just the right size for my loved one. I really appreciate the pleasantness of the community. Sometimes they are bad about keeping me in the loop, but other than that they are great.

Our tour at The Gables was good, but it didn’t seem like a very homey place. It seemed just slightly better than a nursing home. And I wanted a place for my loved one to feel at home and really comfortable.

I had a tour of this community for my mother and was not very impressed with it. The staff where friendly but the facility was very small and they did not have very many amenities for the residents. They where also very expensive which I thought was weird considering they did not have much to offer. It was just not the right place for my mother in the end decision.
