If you love someone, do not trust this place. The owners are only in this business for the money. Our loved one experienced several broken bones on different occasions here. The staff never acknowledged any falls or incidents. Other, more serious incidents also occurred there. Removed our loved one from this facility for their safety.

My mother was at one of their homes for 2 months. During that time my mother was spoken to very harshly. My mother had numerous falls, significant bruising and injuries. My mother deterioratd rapidly as a result. After removing my mother I learned that another resident had been removed from that home because of concerns about the same care taker. My concerns were brought to HC leadership but to no avail. As for COVID, they have no process or procedure in place to notify families when covid is active in the house. You can go into the house, no one says a word and consequently you are xposed without knowing it. I am immunocompromised, as a result of no notification, I got covid and probably endangered others until I became ill and knew to quarantine. I was sick for 3 weeks.
