Our family had an in person tour and it was a wonderful tour experience

I am very grateful to Stoney River because my loved one got better here and got to go home from here. Stoney River played a big part in that.

We needed to get our loved one out of a previous community very quickly, and when we called Stoney River they made the move happen within hours - from then we have been very impressed. Our mother loves the staff and all the personal care she receives. She tends to be a complainer but when it comes to the meals from what we have seen they look and sound great. They do a great job there and its been a good experience so far.

My grandmother was housed in Kruse village in Brenham for 5 years before she finally passed. At first the staff wasn't that great the first 4 years we had issues but they let go of all those people and had all new staff and OMG these people go above and beyond. I'm so glad god took care of my Nanny and she was well taken care of in her last year. The nurses and CNA's are angels and the most kind and caring people I've ever met. I would recommend if you care about your nanny being dry and clean and well taken care of.

The home was very clean and everyone was friendly.

Very nice and experienced workers always! If a caregiver is asked a question that they are unsure of, they always follow up.

When I arrive to complete therapy with residents, they are often ready for me. Lots of activities going on for residents as well.

In April 2021, it became clear that our husband and father needed more care than we could give him. Azura Memory was recommended to us and for this we are so thankful. Our visits have been for the most part positive. We've met other residents and this is also positive. The residents are treated with respect and given individual care as needed. This is a comfort to me, as I had past experiences where this was not the case.

I really appreciate the people and the facility. It's very nice, clean and safe. Everyone is so attentive and friendly. A great place for my mom.

Azura is a wonderful community that actively tries to create a loving home environment. They treat residents with respect and adapt activities to meet varying need and skill levels. I would feel comfortable having a family member live here because I know it's a great, safe environment.

Every time I visit mom, the staff is friendly and helpful. They answer my questions, update me on how she is doing that day. And, Mom loves the food!

The physical environment is very "homey", clean and set up well for folks with dementia. The staff and care they provide are excellent - from the Director, to the RN and aide caregivers as well as the cook and maintenance man. Everyone pitches in and helps where needed and they all treat our loved one with respect and compassion; she has severe dementia, but seems happy and comfortable / content there. We are very happy with her care at Eau Claire Azura Memory Care.

Excellent care, clean facility, caring caregivers

Azura - Wausau has been my daughter's home for over 2 years now. She was diagnosed 13 years ago in her late 30's. She is so happy and well cared for at Azura. The Azura staff of caregivers are the most empathic, loving and caring people I have ever met. My daughter is safe, happy and loved at Azura. I am so grateful for Azura. Azura doesn't just hire staff, they hire angels.

I am very happy with Azura. The staff are friendly and professional. They have taken the time to get to know my mom's life story to understand her better. They are receptive to suggestions. I like that there is an option to see a nurse practitioner that comes to the facility. The director and staff are willing and open to talking to find solutions as things arise.

This is a wonderful memory care facility. It is smaller in size so the residents will get more personal, individual care. The staff is always very professional and respectful. I feel that my family member is always safe and well cared for.

Everyone is very helpful and very nice. I feel very comfortable knowing that my grandma is getting the best care.
