I am so very grateful to the incredible staff at Azura for the genuine love and professional care they showed our mother for the last 8 years of her life. Our family was so fortunate to have found such a wonderful facility for mom. Her loving husband of 72 years visited her at the home every day like clockwork. All 8 of her children, most of whom lived out of town, visited every chance they could. As hard as it was on all of us to witness mom's eventual decline due to this dreaded disease, we are all so thankful to all of you for the sincere kindness and warmth you showed her each and every day. She developed such unique and special relationships with so many of you and I know she felt very much at home during her time there. You are a remarkable group of people and provide a truly amazing environment for those in your care. I highly recommend Azura and I thank you once again for the high quality of care and genuine friendship and compassion you have shown mom these last 8 years.

It is often said that home is where your heart is. That is why Azura has been "home" to us for the past several years. It is the enormous hearts of all the staff that have made my mom's final years such a comfort to not only her, but to dad and all of her children. We are eternally grateful for the tireless care that you provided for her. Azura was mom's home....not just another facility. We knew the staff by name and by sharing family stories. It was truly a blessing to find such wonderful care for mom. God Bless You All!

There are no words that can truly express the gratitude I have to the fabulous staff at Azura. They were truly the home away from home for my mother for many years. The amazing and dedicated staff treated her with the utmost respect and love and cared for her in such an intimate and personal way. It was truly a blessing to our family to have found Azurá to help take care of her. Thank you to all there for making the end of my mother’s life nothing but dignified and peaceful. To love a person is to see all of their magic and to remind them of that when they have forgotten. Azura...... you and your staff lovingly did that......Thank you!

The dreams program at Azura is very wonderful! It was such a great excursion for my boat loving dad and friends! He enjoyed getting out on the lake again! Thank you for arranging the trip for my dad!

I absolutely adore the staff at Apple Creek! I wish I could place more of my members there but they are private pay. They have a truly GREAT facility and they treat members like family. I could not have asked for better?? Those staff have been a true blessing

The facility is clean, staff very friendly, rooms are very nice, and they attempt to keep residents engaged in activities. In regard to "value for cost", I really have nothing to compare to, as I selected Azura due to positive comments I had received.

Amazing place, amazing people. As my mom's Alzheimer's has progressed we have had her in care at a few other places in the Madison area, and the care and respect she receives at Azura Stoughton is heads and shoulders above. The facility is light and bright and well maintained, and the meals really tasty. We never visit at the same time, and no matter when we drop in she is always clean, dressed, and engaged, enjoying herself. Her room is neat and tidy and smelling fresh and her clothes are laundered. The team is compassionate and treats all the residents with dignity and respect. You can tell they love what they do and know it makes a difference. They plan fun activities on a regular basis and special events that are really a hoot (Elvis impersonator anyone? Cowboy sing-a-long? Just examples!). They keep us up to date on her changing needs and status. They are always available to answer a call and provide information just to ease my mind. Highest recommendation.

We really liked this facility. We loved the atmosphere and amenities for the residents. It was just too far. Overall, it was a beautiful facility, and we liked the apartments.

I have worked in a couple of other memory care facilities and this one is by far the best I had ever seen. I had to unfortunately place my father in a memory care facility and there was no question that Azura in Beloit was the place for him.

I have searched multiple communities and this is the best of the best. The caregiver's were very engaged with the clients and so compassionate. I could have sat there for hours watching the interactions.

This is truly the top choice in Kenosha for memory impaired people with high medical needs. The staff clearly cares for each resident and treats my loved one as a member of their family. A 5-star experience.

The staff interacts well with understanding and compassion to patients/residents, with a wide variety of difficult problem. They are very responsive to my questions and to changes in a resident's status.

Azura has incredibly compassionate, friendly staff. They are so patient with the residents and truly want to make it a comfortable place. They show empathy, and that makes all the difference. I wish we would have found it sooner.

They treat my loved one like their own. She is still able to do the things she likes to do, as the activity people do a wonderful job!
