Heritage Senior Living

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one, and overall I thought it seemed like a very nice place. It was a newer facility, and very clean and well kept. However, I don't think it would have been the best match for our loved one. The facility was a little too large, and they didn't provide quite the level of memory care we needed.

The staff was wonderful and the facilities were modern and well kept.

I would give them a 6 out 5. They have gone above and beyond. We had put money down on an apartment, but didn't really have a move in date. We had a catastrophic health event over Christmas, and they were graceful enough to get her in, and were very accommodating. They have a tremendous amount of patience, the staff is wonderful. They have good activities, and they encourage them to get out and join in. The food is very good, and I think it's a tremendous value.

Things are actually going very well there. I am very happy with the services there. The staff is great and they are very friendly and always professional. The facility is always clean and the residents seem happy.

My mom has been at Heritage for approximately a month. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. We are confident she is getting excellent care.

I have been very happy so far with Heritage at Deer Creek. They have a fair number of activities at this facility. We have been pleased with just about everything there. The meals are freshly cooked onsite and really good. Overall it has been a good experience so far.

At Heritage Monona so far everything is going okay. The staff seem rather attentive and extremely friendly here. I really don't have any complaints about this facility so far. I am pleased with how things are going here.

What they really did well was getting my father in there. The administrators we dealt with worked really well with all of us as a family. It seems like anything we point out, they address it immediately and communicate well with us.

Mom is very happy at Heritage. She was nervous about moving from her condo. It's now been 1month. She likes that she has all the privacy she wants. She feels the whole staff is very kind and caring. When she presses her call button, someone responds very promptly. And with a smile! The food is good, her only complaint is they "give me too much"! Our family has much less stress and it's great to visit and be able to spend time with mom instead of taking care of chores that she no longer could do herself. We also know that if she needs help any time of day she doesn't have to wait till one of her children can get there. The staff has been very responsive to any of our concerns. Our family and Mom highly recommend Heritage at Deer Creek.

I visited this facility on 8/7 and was very impressed. It is beautiful and very homey. Staff is great. Rooms are spacious and memory care therapies used are first rate. Assessment of my dad was done on 8/12 and he would be a fit for this community.

Everyone we've met so far have been so nice and very helpful. They've helped to relieve some of the stress in getting assisted living for our mom. This new building is beautiful!

The staff at Heritage Court is awesome! They seem to be very organized. They know what they are doing. They are very caring of the residents, and very engaged with both the residents and the families. It is a very nice place and we are very happy with them.

From our first visit and tour of Heritage we have been impressed. The staff keeps us informed about the various activities our mother is involved with at Heritage. When we send emails to the nursing staff, they respond within a day. Since Mom has been there for about 4 weeks she has gained weight, which was a blessing. There are 2 birds that are a joy for her to watch and talk with. Also, the garden area will provide many planting opportunities.

Most caregivers are excellent. Jerrie at front desk is the very best. Most of the food is good. Our love one enjoys this place.

They take the time to get to know new residents. They make sure its an easy transition. The staff seems knowledgeable and aware of the residents needs. This is a very clean and friendly community. i would recommend the Heritage Middleton to anyone who is searching for a good assisted living facility.

I think they do a wonderful job overall at Heritage of Middleton! The director here, David, is phenomenal and works so well with both the residents and their families. The care staff here are all incredibly friendly and professional, and I think they treat the people here the way they deserve to be treated. They have all sorts of activities and events, and they do fun little things around the holidays. I also like that they organize social gatherings and bring together all the residents of all the different care levels to meet and interact. It really is just a very nice place overall, I don't have a single negative thing to say about them!

Facility excellent. David very informative. Absolutely no sales pressure. Staff friendly. Residents seen during the tour look well cared for and comfortable with staff.

Heritage Is an absolutely wonderful facility. We have a member in memory care and a member moving into assisted living. One member was an emergency situation so the need was urgent. I have high expectations and toured multiple facilities which were all very nice facilities (with the exception of one) . But the staff at Heritage was levels above the others. Their true compassion for their "family" members was very apparent and it was real. They also have a nurse within each unit so the level of personal care they are able to provide is also higher. About a month after our first member went into memory care we are now in the process of moving the spouse of the first member to the assisted care unit. We were able to work with the same person and received the same high level of caring and compassion from them. the staff members in the unit are very attentive and helpful and again, their caring just comes through in everything they do. Including the activity director! Heritage was not the least expensive nor was it the most expensive and It is a beautiful facility. The layout of the facility also makes it convenient for members in different units. Additionally, their memory unit is a square with a beautiful courtyard so the members can go outside at their leisure and are still secure. The square layout is also a big plus for memory unit members. The facility is beautiful and very comfortable. Overall, if you have a family member needing long term care, you must look into Heritage Senior Living in Monona. you will not be disappointed. They also have a facility in Middleton but I did not visit that location. Moving members into a facility is very difficult for them as well as the family and Heritage really made the transition much smoother for all than we could have imagined.
