Great place for your loved one. The staff is friendly and go out of their way and provide great care. Activities and management are great!!! The food is awesome and the building is very clean!!! Would definitely recommend!!!

My grandparents been at All American for about a year and it has been a wonderful experience. The staff are kind and caring and residents are social and friendly. The nurses communicate openly with us to make sure our family is being taken care of properly. They are professionals with heart and we are grateful for their ability to help our family as their needs continue to change.

All American has exceeding all of our expectations! We were new to the idea of senior living and [name removed] was so thorough in explaining the benefits and process without any pressure. Since our mother moved in it has been a wonderful experience and we are so grateful to the caring staff!

We took our Grandma for a tour at All American Assisted Living and could not have picked a better community. The people and the staff were kind and courteous and she loved the facility. [name removed] gave us the tour and made our grandma feel so welcome and wanted. We are proud to call this her new home beginning next week.

I guess I would have to give them a 5 even though she didn't get to participate much! What I liked most - They had activities and outings-also most people had meals together in the main dining room!

All of the staff, especially administrative staff, were responsive, accomodating and, nice and professional. It was very family-like. Nursing was great. We had to leave only because my father died and my parents were in a 2 bedroom. They did not have any studio or 1 bedrooms available at the time. Loved All American.

[name removed] was phenomenal with my dad. [name removed] was good as well. Aides are great and hard working. Very clean and comfortable facility. Hospice was also wonderful

The facility was fine, better than some , on par with others. The thing that stood out more was the staff. Genuine interest in our process, personable, nit trying to make a sales pitch but letting their genuineness do the talking. No other place came close.

The staff for the Memory Care unit at Rose Lane 2 are very caring and patient. The nurses are knowledgeable and hands on. The Administrator listens and takes action. You will find that no place is perfect. But what is important is that all staff will listen to suggestions and improve communication if needed. They have learned that my Mom responds well to jokes and sarcasm; they know her. I am so grateful to everyone caring for my Mom. Please remember, It's important for you to be present wherever your family member is.

5 on all eight categories. Amazing facility and staff. The warmth and attentiveness of the staff truly stood out. They treat my aunt with kindness, dignity, and genuine care. The facility is always clean, and communication with the family has been consistent and reassuring.

Very friendly my mom is very happy there. I think their attitude about strongly, encouraging people to get up and out of bed and not just let them lay in bed all day

It was very disappointing that administration took a back seat , and offered little assistance when they decided she couldn't live there anymore. All American administration was not horrible. They just handled the situation very poorly. And I don't think it had to come to the finality the day derived at.

Clean facility, great food, staff very friendly and helpful and lots of activities to choose from. Very nice place overall.

Everyone has been welcoming and very supportive. My only concern is that there is not enough support in the dining area to meet the needs of the number of residents to eat in a normal serving time……..

Parents felt right at ease. Mgmt. as well as staff continuously stop and check on. Mom has gone to Bingo, activities and happy hour. Dad is enjoying chair yoga and exercises. It's nice to know they are being cared for and are safe

We are a practical family and understand that nothing is 100% certain. There does seem to be a shortage of help on the weekends, but [name removed], [name removed]and the rest of their team are committed to doing their best to accommodate everyone. The place is always clean. The nurses and aides are very responsive to the residents needs, and when it comes to the activities, [name removed] does a fabulous job in every event.

Thank you to the administration, staff, CNAs and to all employed at All American. When I visit my Mom, your words and actions never cease to amaze me! We are grateful for your hard work, dedication, kindness and compassion towards our Mom. Mom always tells us how she is treated with such kindness by the staff at All American. We have been in other facilities and All American is by far the best!

Staff very accommodating and efficient. Their consideration and caring was much appreciated and I have recommended the facility highly.

The facility was extremely comfortable and perfect for my mom in her last days. The Staff was generous with their time and treated my mom with patience and respect.

All American offers bedroom separate from living room area. The bedroom is very generous with space. My mom has her queen sized bed and long dresser with a full length standing mirror. It has a wonderful atmosphere. You don't feel like you're walking into a nursing home at all. It's not only clean but it even smells clean.
