We liked this place but it was a bit too far from our home and they didn’t provide transportation to my mom’s church due to the distance I suppose

I toured The Mansions at Alpharetta with my sister for our parents. I was really wowed of the beauty of this place. The staff was very friendly and seemed eagar to please. We had the privilege to speak to several residents and they all said they thoroughly enjoyed living there. We were invited to stay for lunch but we had to take a rain check. We did see the dining room during lunch and we even had some residents invited us to stay. I must say, the food looked and smelled wonderful. We are still in the early stage of finding a community due to our parents not ready to move. The sales team has been extremely helpful in the process. The Mansions is at the top of our list when the time comes and our parents are ready to make the move.

I had the pleasure to spend a long holiday weekend with my love one at The Mansions. I wanted the experience and I must say it was a great experience. From waking in to a very clean and friendly lobby until I left, I felt the employees really care about the residents. I even participated in a couple of activities and enjoyed the meals in the dining room. My family and i are very pleased with The Mansions.

My relative loves The Mansions. We visited several communities in the Alpharetta, John's Creek and Roswell area and we all deceided that The Mansions in Alpharetta was the right community. It's really a community that cares. You can tell how the employees interact with the residents that they really enjoy working with seniors. We have eating in the dining room in several occasions and we have always had a delightful meal. The service is top notch.

What a beautiful place. Everyone was so helpful and answered all our questions. We even got to talk to some current residents while we had lunch there. The food was great. I was really surprised by all that was included in the price. Can't wait till we are able to move in.

Just recently was in town and toured the facility for my mother-in-law and the facility was immaculate. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered for us to have lunch with them and the food was delicious! So many activities planned for the residents, I can not see my mother-in-law getting bored. I believe the price is perfect for all that you receive without any hidden cost.

My stay here has been a delight and the facility has met most of my needs so far. This is by far a better place than other communities that I’ve been in. The marketing director here is superb and she always has a spark in her eye. Before I moved in, she won not only me over but also my daughter. She spoke in a way that I understood. I love it here and I always get that communal feeling here. There are a lot of women residents here but I don’t mind that as much. I would recommend this facility to other families.

My husband and I are doing fine in this community. They have been so nice to us and they are really good. They bent over backwards for us.

My mom lives at the Mansions of Sandy Springs and I can tell you that we love everything about the staff and the facility. My mom moved from a huge house into a two bedroom and she could not be happier. They treat mom like a queen and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I don't know anyone would say anything bad about the director (including a problem with her "aura") but she is GREAT. My mom was very ill with the flu two weeks ago and [Removed] checked on her twice a day to make sure she was okay. She even called me to keep me informed. Everyone there is like family and I am really indebted to them for treating my mom one their own.

Mom is loving this community. The staff is good with her and she is enjoying the activities that they have. The food is good and she enjoys it. They are always having a meeting on how to make the food even better than what it is. We like that it is a brand new community.

This is a beautiful new community. The staff have been really great. They are helpful and willing to pitch in. The food is pretty good. They offer daily activities. This is a nice place and a good fit for dad.

My mother and I were very impressed with this community. It is one of the most affordable communities in the area, but also has wonderful amenities, large apartments with w/d in each unit. The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming, and the residents we met all told us they really enjoyed living there. Coty Edwards is the young lady we met with who gave us the tour. My mother liked her immediately, and she was a pleasure to work with. I plan to recommend to my friends and others looking for a community in the Atlanta area.

Wonderful facility but out of my price range.

I moved into The Mansions at Sandy Springs on Feb 20, 2015. As with any move into a new residence there have been a few minor "bumps", but the staff are quick to get these corrected. The staff from custodians, kitchen, office and director are friendly and helpful. The food is good and seasoned appropriately, (not bland) and they have made extra efforts to accommodate my slightly flexible/vegetarian lifestyle. I highly recommend The Mansions at Sandy Springs, Ga.

It's an excellent spot, I would rate them very highly. They are very attentive, and understand the independent living and retirement crowd very well.

Appears to be excellent value for 1 and 2 bedroom units. Jan Robb extremely gracious and most helpful. Brand new, floor plans very attractive, especially 730 sq ft unit.

Personally, I feel safe here. Once we can really come and go as we please and have family do the same, I think it will be a lot better than it is right now. Just like everybody else, there's been a lot shut down due to Covid. The food is okay, I just prefer my own. I'm finding that the things that I need are close by, and it's a good central location. I have a 2-bedroom apartment, and I love the rooms, - they're very nice sized. It seems like the rooms were a lot smaller at other places.

My Mom had been living here since about June 2017 and she absolutely loves it here. She was one that fought to stay in her home that she could no longer manage, and it was a safety hazard for her. Her first night in her new place and that all changed for. She’s made a ton of new friends, enjoys the many activities, and is very fond of the staff. Maybe your reluctant loved one can read this review and see the blessing this was for MY 84 year old Mom!
