I would recommend The Meadows to other families. The staff get to know the tenants and their family/ support providers and share observations.

I can't speak for the food or activities, but the rest I would rate a 5. They do not give us any information on her condition when she has been taken to the hospital for falls. Nor do they volunteer information concerning new medicine prescriptions. I would recommend this facility to others.

Our Mom spent 4 1/2 years at Skyline Place and recently passed away there. We have nothing but praise for the staff. They loved and cared for her like family. The facility and services were excellent. Mom raved about Skyline to everyone she met. We are grateful for their care for our dear Mom.

It was a positive experience overall, in spite of Mom's very challenging mental and physical condition. Good communication, nice atmosphere, visually appealing, good location.

It is a great place. They take wonderful care of my dad. I would recommend to others.

What our family like's the most about the Mansion at Waterford is all of the people that are there - staff and residents. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

Overall we like the Skyline Place community, but the reason the quality of care services is slightly down as part of the start up process to get showers done on schedule. However based on the experience we have had so far we would without a doubt recommend this community to other families.

A wonderful facility but there could be more activities especially on the memory care side. There could be more people on staff and more often. I was impressed with NO bad odors in any of the houses. My husband was in there and my sister is now and the care is very good.

When it comes to the cleanliness it is clean but right now they are dealing with cocktail roaches. The friendliness of the staff members gets a 5+++ everyone is very friendly. The quality of care is much better then moms previous LTC facility. We cannot rate the meals and dining because we are not sure they have experienced the meals yet. The staff members work hard to keep residents in MC busy and occupied. The value for cost gets that rating because assisted living is very expensive.

Based on the experience we have had so far, we have been very happy with Flagstone and all of their staff members. We would recommend Flagstone Senior Living community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

My family member will have been there two years in August, and it is perfect for his needs. He has a studio right by the dining room and is very comfortable there. He has an exercise routine and plays games every day with fellow residents.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Facilities slightly dated. Room sizes and amenities offered to the residents are decent. Overall I would recommend Bishop Place to others looking.

We picked this community, because it's in my loved one's hometown. I wanted to get her back to her friends. The staff are friendly and helpful. They don't make you feel that you are a bother. I would recommend it. I would tell a friend, that my loved one thats in there is thriving (unlike the nursing home she came out of)

Arbor Rose was an excellent choice. They always had enough staff for both safety and "little extras" I ate there often enough to know that the food was tasty and nutritious. I only detected a bad odor in the great room once in the 4.5 months that my loved one was there. The Med Nurse was always well informed as to my loved one's PRNs and confirmed that via her computer system. The staff knew who she was and who I was. I'd recommend them again to anyone.

Our family had an in person tour with McLoughlin Place and the staff members were very friendly and the facility was getting ready to update a remodel which will bring a fresh and bring living space. It was more of a traditional assisted living setting with a main gathering area off the dining room.

We picked this community because of the reference from A Place for Mom, and my loved one needed additional care. It's been a good experience. They could use more staff, since there has been a turnover with the staff. Overall, it's been good. I would recommend to other families.

They're very responsive. They must be doing something right, because there isn't a of of turnover. I like all of of the staff. The facility is very clean. The apartment is very nice - I like it. And the activities are very good as well.

Everything is awesome at this facility, I couldn't have asked for a better place for my dad. He loves it here. He loves the people and the fact that he can have his dog here with him. He absolutely loves the food. He doesn't really participate in the activities, so I can't rate those. But they do have activities going on all the time. Communication with the family is really good, they call and let me know everything that's going on -from important things to minor details. They communicate as much as you want them to here, which I appreciate. (Name removed) at the front desk even calls to let me know about Dad's upcoming appointments and to work out details about them, etc. The staff are awesome, they really have their hand on the heartbeat here and I appreciate that. I have and will continue to recommend this facility to family and friends.

Sierra Ridge has been wonderful for my neighbor. They made the move-in process very easy and helping us through all the steps to make it happen. I get monthly evaluation as to my loved one's care and whether or not she needs additional items. Sierra Ridge is wonderful and I would highly recommend them to anybody.
