My loved one is currently a resident at Morningside House of Laurel and everything about his experience at this facility has been great so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, care services, value for cost and activities are great also! They are very creative with the activities and seem to really listen. I would recommend Morningside House of Laurel to family and friends!

While offering great care, clean facilities, plenty of activities and caring staff, one of the highlights of the Poet's Walk experience is how well they communicate with residents and their families. Their experience with dementia is unparalleled, and the way they share information and updates throughout the progression helps the family understand what is happening and what to expect. They proactively provide updates and changes to our family member's health, which help us cope with the changes. We truly appreciate the staff and their approach at Poet's Walk, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to other family members or friends because we know they will all be taking well care of!

The team at Poet’s Walk has exceeded my expectations . We moved my mother to Poet’s Walk 10 months ago, after her dementia progressed to late stages requiring around-the-clock care. Courtney and the team have always made themselves available to answer questions, offer support, and help us transition my mother to hospice. They truly care about supporting our entire family through this process, not just my mother. It brings us comfort and peace of mind having the Poet’s Walk team with my family during this time in our lives.

As an out of state daughter of a mother with Alzheimer’s, Courtney, the directory has been amazing. My father spends a great deal of time every day visiting my mother. Poet’s Walk understands the difficult process our family, especially my father, is going through. I am very grateful for Poet’s Walk kindness and compassion.

As a nurse of 25 years experience, from Hospitals to in home and everything in between, I can honestly say I've never come across a facility quite like Poet's Walk. The commitment to communication from the beginning of the introduction stage with Chris, to meeting the entire team to ensure not only continuity of care, but to make sure that my family knew exactly who is accountable to what area of care for my mother (housekeeping, dining, to activities...I even got to meet the individual who handles laundry to make sure she knew exactly what type of detergent mom likes to how she likes her clothes folded) was exactly what I was looking for. We've been a part of the Poet's Walk Family (emphasis on family) for several months now and as a medical professional as well as a child with a parent facing this disease, I am so pleased to be able to give this community my highest endorsement.

We had my Mom at a few different facilities and there was always something "missing" where her care was concerned. We happened upon Poet's Walk (thank goodness) and my mom is now home. I feel I can speak from experience as we have been at multiple facilities. Poet's Walk has been the answer to my prayers. As a daughter, I want the absolute BEST for my sweet mom and I have found it here. Poet's Walk goes above and beyond to be caring, compassionate and loving. Their approach is VERY personalized to each resident's needs. The exceptional loving care of Poet's Walk is a reflection that starts at the top and permeates the entire staff. I don't know how management was able to hire all the best Sarasota had to offer, but they did! As someone who has had to move my mom twice due to lack of communication, lack of staff and lack of transparency, I know how hard it is to find a memory care community who stands by their commitment. I was convinced that I needed to bring mom home with in home care, until my pastor told me to check out Poet’s Walk. I’ll admit, when I met with [name removed] for a tour, I was initially beyond apprehensive. I was convinced that this would be the same old run around. I’ve never seen an assisted living community that operates like Poet’s Walk. The compassion, attention to detail and dedicated staff make me wish I found this gem two years ago. This team gives every resident a sense of purpose while giving every family member the ability to be just that; family. Poet’s Walk gets my full endorsement with the highest of grades. I recommend any family going through this journey, meet [name removed] and [name removed] and learn how they can make a difference for you.

I toured several facilities looking for a memory care that did not have an institutional atmosphere and I hit the jackpot when I found Poet's Walk. From the moment I entered the lobby I knew I had found Mom's next residence. It was friendly, professional and beautifully appointed-just like home should be! Everyone from upper management to nursing, dining and the maintenance staff are carefully chosen and well suited to their positions. I rest assured that my mother has the best of care and it's a great comfort knowing she is safe and truly happy! This was the best decision I ever made.

Everyone is friendly, professional and helpful. They are always available for any questions or concerns. It is a super warm and welcoming community and it has proven to definitely be the right place for my sister's needs.

My father was diagnosed with Alzheimer's 10 years ago. At first, I tried to keep him at home, but the burnout was too much too handle. My health started to deteriorate, my business started to trend downwards and my marriage was hanging on by a thread. We finally made the decision to transition my father to an assisted living facility that had a memory care associated within the property. I found several that were very nice, but I just didn't feel my father would get both the care as well as the engagement that he needed once I saw these buildings memory care section. Then I was referred to Poet's Walk. The care is second to none and my father wakes up every day with a sense of purpose. He loves being part of the men's group and their weekly "man cave Monday" excursions. The communication between myself, [name removed] and [name removed] is seamless and we've even made friends within the community. I couldn't recommend Poet's Walk enough.

Caring staff who provide very good care for my father. Exceptionally pleasant environment. We picked this community, because of the physical attributes, services available and friendliness of staff.

The staff at The Landing were very helpful & couldn’t have been friendlier. All of my emails & questions were answered very promptly. The location is very modern & clean. My mother in law has been there for a month now & all of her needs are being met. My husband & I sleep much more soundly at night knowing that she is in good hands with the care that the staff has to offer.

Sunrise of Exton gets all 5 stars from our family! They are excellent. The staff here are very responsive and respectful. They also offer a ton of great activities for the residents to participate in. I would definitely recommend Sunrise of Exton to other families looking.

Our family had an in person tour with The Landing of Collegeville and it is like a resort! It was unbelievable! It was beautiful but it just did not have that homey feeling like [community name removed] that we were looking for, for our love done. However the tour experience was great!

We have had a great experience with Morningside House of Leesburg. The staff are compassionate servants who genuinely look out for the patient's well being.

I can't tell you how pleased we were to have you recommend this to us they were delightful from the moment we walked in till we made the decision that day to have Mother live there. Best decision we made for her she has been happier & thriving since going there 2 months ago. [name removed] director couldn't have been more informative & straightforward with answers. The whole Staff are pleasant & happy to work there. It's a woman run company plus each Morningside House is directed by a woman. You feel the compassion & care, not the bottom line...Even better they have a policy that if you recommend someone to them and they come and stay there you get $[removed] off your next care payment honestly who does that, only people who really care!!

I was there not to long ago, they had a beer tasting and it was wonderful. The building is beautifully and clean. The staff are friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone, everyone is caring. Had a great time.

My family and loved one had a good experience with Morningside House of Friendship. The quality of care ranks the closest to home for our loved one. We are happy our loved one is here. Everyone is friendly. There are meals and activities provided to the residents. Overall, this is a community we would recommend to others for their loved ones.

When it came down to it, the staff at Sunrise of Exton gave my dad the same care that they'd give their own family. They made it possible for him to have his life end with dignity and gave my family the peace of mind that he was being well cared for.

Cardinal Village is a very nice and beautiful community this place is home away from home for the elderly very clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing for the elderly.The staff is very friendly and caring that makes it very easy for the residents to fit right in when they come here.
