Mustang Creek Estates

I absolutely love mustang Creek it's a five for me I love everyone of the staff members and the kindness and care they gave to my mother. She very well may be returning in the future but we have to give it a go on her living with myself and my husband. She misses it too and I told her if she ever wants to go back we would make that happen I wouldn't have her go anywhere else. I fell in love with the facility the first time I drove up. The concept is perfect and more personable. I can't say enough good things about the community. Anyone should feel confident when choosing mustang Creek. I love it.

The staff has been amazing from the first visit on. The smaller/separate house set up they have has made my mother's transition smooth. I feel like she is being taken care of very well. A Place for Mom was very helpful in getting us connected to Mustang Creek Estates, and I am very grateful.

I would give a 5 in all categories. Peace of mind knowing your loved one is being cared for 24/7. Staff is personable and ready to assist. Home cooking is a big plus!! Based on our family's experience with both of our parents, Mustang Creek would be recommended on many levels. We have peace of mind knowing our mom was cared for 24/7 and our dad continues to have the same experience with staff who are knowledgeable friendly and always willing to assist. Home cooking and outings always makes my dad smile.

There are no words strong enough to fully express how much your kindness, patience and compassion have meant to our family . you weren't just caregivers- you were companions, friends, and extended family. You didn't just tend to her needs: you loved her. You listened to her stories, you made her smile, and you showed up day after day with grace, even when the work was hard. In these final days, as I've watched her slow decline, i have also seen how deeply you care. Your gentle touches , your quiet words, and your presence have not gone unnoticed. They've comforted not only her but me as well. Please know that your work-the way you show up for people at their most vulnerable-matters more that you may ever hear. you helped my mother live her final years with dignity

Salesman was very informative, supportive & kind. Move in was a bit shakey but turned out great. The house my mom is I. Has quite a few I. Hospital beds. Probably would have liked to have her in a more social house but they do work to keep her entertained.

We truly love Mom being at Mustang Creek Estates. She is hardly ever in her room. She's always out doing activities and playing bingo. The food is made right in the house and the aroma's always smells so good. We like that the facility administers her medication's and does her laundry all included in the same price, which we believe is at or below average, which helps her out financially. I would recommend Mustang Creek estates to any of my friends and family.

The whole team here cares deeply for the residents. I truly appreciate all that they do for our mom. They have options for care that fit our needs and were able to transition from assisted living to more involved memory care.

We can rest easy knowing our Mom is in the best place! They take such good care of her! The food s home cooked with love and it feels like a family. The caretakers are top notch and the social worker is the best! We have had so many questions and concerns and they have been so patient with us as we have no experience in assisted living.

My uncle moved to Mustang Creek Estates a few months ago. So far, we have been impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the layout of the different buildings. We like that there are separate units on the campus to choose from depending on the residents' needs. Plus, the seniors get a lot of individual, positive attention since each unit houses a small group of seniors. Overall, my uncle has made an easy transition from living on his own to living at Mustang Creek, and we have been very pleased.

A smaller community so feels more comfortable and attentive to each individuals needs. Very clean. Super friendly staff that really go above and beyond!

Overall, a 5. Staff, most have been friendly. No name tags though. I like to know names. Food, not outstanding, but most of what I've seen, and tasted on occasion, was ok by me. My husband though complains about it, as other residents sometimes do. A.lot of food goes to waste. Activities are plentiful, and look interesting to me although my husband refuses to participate. Quality of care .. could be improved. Some carers have little experience and few have any experience or understanding about dementia. Admin.staff, helpful but sometimes difficult to connect with. For the money, it's same as most, better than some. But very, very costly for me.

Choosing an assisted living or memory care community for a loved one is not easy. The first choice we made turned out to be a poor one. In every respect MCE stood out as the superior care facility. The facility itself is new, modern and clean. The room size is quite adequate and each room has individual heating and air conditioning units that are pretty quiet. The staff and management at MCE are responsive to individual needs and preferences and are very caring and attentive. The transition from living at home to moving into a care facility is stressful. The empathy and expertise care givers and managers at MCE provide make the transition as comfortable as possible. MCE is meticulous in managing and dispensing medications. There are a variety of activities available and residents seem to really enjoy them. MCE offers great value. Rental prices are slightly below market and MCE is all inclusive without add-on fees for certain types of care. MCE was clearly the right choice for us!

[name removed] (sales director) was so kind and caring. My Mom fell at a different facility. [name removed] was quick to give her an ice pack and he checked on her all that day and the next day! (Even though it had nothing to do with his facility.) He was quick to help us with any questions we had and to facilitate info we needed done. [name removed] was also amazing and helped us do all paperwork etc. that we needed done. We needed placement very quickly and they helped that happen. We had a great experience and were very impressed with the facility.

Staff is great. Mom really loved everyone. Rooms are kept clean. Food always looked good. Mom loved having her own furniture and things in her room. She had a great experience there. Unfortunately, my mom passed a way [date removed]. We're so glad that we found Mustang Creek for her.

My mom is very happy there and feels very safe . She has complained about the food being terrible and that it is always cold whether it is breakfast lunch or dinner . Cottage six is very quiet and so she is a little lonely but the activities help so that she can do some socializing with others . [name removed] is our very favorite aid and makes a point of stopping in to say hello whenever she is there ., we also found [name removed] to be quite helpful and easy to talk to about everything and anything you want to talk about . They seem to genuinely care about the residents. both are great assets to your staff . Overall the grounds are beautiful and the cottage is very clean . We are pleased so far with mustang creek estates and would recommend to anyone in need of a comfortable place for their loved one .

We were told on a Wednesday our Mother was being released from a skilled nursing facility on Monday and would not be able to return her own home without 24 hour care. We were in a state of shock and panic. I remembered the commercials “A place for Mom” so I looked up their phone number and starting with that call I was direct to a wonderful Lady who lived in our area! She made me feel so comfortable! I felt as if she had known my family for years and truly cared! She assisted me in finding financial resources available to us I had no idea she would qualify for. I had resolved to the conclusion there would be no financial help. She immediately set appointments for us to visit several facilities. Still feeling this was too easy to be real we started our journey by visiting the facility closest to our home and minutes from my office. This facility “which insist we call “home” was perfect!! In every way! It truly feels as if she is in a house! Thank you to my family at “A place for Mom”!

My father in law was not in the facility very long but it was an amazing experience. This was a very difficult time for my family and the entire staff were amazing. They were extremely supportive, friendly, and helpful. They treated our loved one with respect, compassion and dignity. I would recommend Mustang Creek to anyone needing Memory care or Hospice!
