My father needed assisted living. He moved in about 6 months ago. One of the things we noticed when we toured was how clean everything was. I can now say that’s a normal thing. It’s always so clean when I visit my father

The staff is very friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and caring. The facility is very clean and well maintained. I feel that my mother is in good hands and she is being treated very well. Any issues are addressed in a timely manner.

The staff and residents are loving and kind to my mother and to all of us as we visit. The activities and interactions with other residents are wonderful. I appreciate having staff to prepare meals, play games, give meds, and interact with my mother.

I would say most everything has been a 5. We have had to tweak a few things since he moved in. My father is 100 years old and has been with family, so it has been different for him. Everyone has been so friendly and kind. They have lots of activities, but he is not one to go to a lot. I would say it is good value for the money.

I give Navion a 5 they have been great! The food could be improved. Facility is clean. Staff very kind and helpful friendly.

5 for all categories. Chatham Ridge has an outstanding medical staff that includes doctors, nurses, physical therapists, and podiatrists. They also have a hair dresser on site, professional chefs, and an activity director that's outstanding. They have a theatre room, a library, and very nice outside grounds. My mother loved the front porch and the beautiful flowers and trees. All the staff was so caring and nice. My mother literally thrived at Chatham Ridge. She had friends and activities to keep her busy and her own apartment for quiet and rest. Mom loved the parties that involved the families. They also had a wheelchair van that took them to outings and doctor appointments. What a wonderful end to a long life for my mother.

My Dad has been a resident for 2.5 years. He says it’s a good place to be if you can’t live at home any longer, which speaks well of this assisted living facility and is so good for us to hear. He enjoys the staff and receives excellent care. He also enjoys the other residents and has made some good friends along the way. Navion offers a well rounded lifestyle with many opportunities for life enrichment to encourage residents to stay active and engaged. From my perspective as Dad’s primary caregiver, I am well pleased. The staff in all areas, from the director, managers in resident care, finance, sales, life enrichment maintenance/housekeeping, food service, med techs and CNA’s make themselves available to answer questions and assist as needed, which is important to me and makes my responsibilities as advocate easier, while also knowing Dad is in good hands. I’m thankful and grateful for Navion of Shelby!

Wonderful place for your love ones. Peace of mind that your love one is in a safe and cared for by staff. Nutritional meals prepared and provided in a beautiful dining room. Daily activities to keep residents engaged. Everyday basic needs cared for down to transportation to doctor appointments. Peaceful home away from home.

My mom is a resident at Ashley Square and enjoys everyone!! They make us feel like family when we walk in the door. I know my mom is being taken care of and loved while she’s here. I would highly recommend the facility and all the staff here at Ashley Square!! ??????

I was impressed with this community. It was very clean and the staff is friendly. I toured and the residents appear to be very happy! The meals are very tasty and the desserts were very good. A great place for seniors to live!

Our family feels blessed to have our family member live at the Highland Place! We never worry that she is not treated with love and respect. The meals provided are out of this world and the residents have choices. Staff are loving and provide excellent care. The Highland Place has lovely grounds for the residents to walk around safely. A wonderful place to call Home!

Facilities clean, modern, pleasant, and attentive to our loved ones needs. Staff are very friendly, helpful, and food is very good. Rooms are nice and spacious. Our loved ones have enjoyed their time here.

I have been quite pleased with the facility as a whole. The caregivers are knowledgeable and so very kind to my husband. My husband is dealing with a debilitating form of dementia, he feels very insecure and is quite paranoid and has episodes of delirium. The caregivers give him one on one attention and stay with him until he is calm. He has repeatedly told me how very kind everyone is. The facility is always clean and the residents look well kempt. My husband enjoys the meals and tells me there are snacks out if you want more. The administrative staff is always available whenever I have questions or just need to talk. I highly recommend Northlake House to families who need placement for their loved ones.

Staff treated our friend with compassion and caring. She was checked on frequently and was encouraged to join activities. One evening she was down due to losing her independence. A staff member noticed she was feeling down gave her hugs and stayed with her for an hour listening to her talk about it. I highly recommend Pinewood Square for anyone’s family member.

All the staff is nice and helpful. When we are there everyone tries to help with anything. They are professional. For Thanksgiving they had a large meal for families and residents to help us feel like everyone was family.

I found Chatham Ridge to be a very caring environment; they really care about their residents. I have seen them take extra time to engage them in activities. They also take time to hear their stories, and find out about their history. Families are treated with respect and dignity. The sales and marketing person really does care about the family, and goes above and beyond when showing the facility to answer questions and make them feel comfortable with the decision they make.
