[name removed] and [name removed] have been a huge blessing to my Aunt [name removed]. I have had a lot of questions over the past few months and they have answered all of them. To know that she is cared for, in a safe place and loved by these ladies makes my heart happy!!

Navion has proven to be a wonderful experience for my mom ([name removed]) since her arrival this past January. From the Marketing Director to the Caregivers - they are exceptional & compassionate!!!! A very special thank you to the Chef. The food is very nutritionally good & eye appealing!!!

Everyone from our first visit has been friendly and helpful in decisions we had to make. My moms apartment is spacious, maintenance free, and very clean. Arbor Ridge provides daily heathly meals, activities (bingo, music, arts, library, and movies), and regular outings, along with a caring staff. There's always a warm smile to greet us.

The staff, facility, and services at Arbor Ridge of Stanleyville have provided the perfect home for our loved one. She has had everything she needs in a safe and caring environment. The staff is friendly and genuinely cares about the residents. We have had peace of mind knowing a CNA is there 24/7 if needed. She also raves about the food and the number of activities every day. This facility has been a blessing to our family.

It was not an easy transition for my mom. We had planned on moving her to a rental property that we own. But we quickly realized she could not live alone anymore. Arbor Ridge became the perfect place for her. All meals are provided and housekeeping once per week. The things that were making it difficult for her to live on her own were no longer an issue. They also have nurse aides on staff in case extra care is needed, which it was in the beginning for my mom. She has made friends and participates in activities like painting, Bingo and occasional outings. The staff are very friendly and they know all the residents by name. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for her.

My mom and I recently toured Arbor Ridge, and we were both incredibly impressed! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by the friendly staff and residents. The community is beautifully maintained, clean, and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. My mom is very independent but has some mobility challenges, and we truly believe this is the perfect place for her to thrive in this next phase of life. She’s excited about the freedom to come and go as she pleases—without the burden of maintaining a home—and I’m grateful that she’ll be in a safe and caring environment while still being close enough for regular visits. This transition brings us both a huge sense of relief, knowing she’ll be surrounded by support while maintaining her independence. Highly recommend Arbor Ridge to anyone looking for a wonderful senior living community!

My mom is at Arbor Ridge and because she is, I have peace of mind. The facility is lovely and clean. The staff are supportive and kind. The residents are friendly. Arbor Ridge offers many activities such as Bingo, exercise, crafts, trips and more. The dining room is so nice and the food is really good. Check it out!

Keowee Square has been a great place for my loved one. I've come to love the staff here and most do a phenomenal job with a few exceptions. The activities are slim to none when I visit which is very depressing and I'm someone who visits multiple times during the week. I have watched the Activity Director be very unprofessional and use inappropriate language in the front lobby area where we come in to visit. I hope this gets resolved before I have to look at other options. I will say the new Chef has done such a great job and the food he cooks looks and tastes amazing!

Our mother has been at Hammond Square for 3 years 2 1/2 months. We are blessed with the caring staff-all of them and the residents and their families. The genuine care is given. [name removed] is our marketing director,[name removed] is our director, [name removed]is our nurse, [name removed] is head of maintenance, [name removed] is our activities director, [name removed] is head chef and [name removed],a chef and all the nursing staff. They want to make the best life, best day for each resident. So grateful for them.

Hammond square is a clean, respectful place for loved one. Friendly staff that helps and cares for the resident. Every staff member cares for the resident. Have a brother- in-law there and he loves it.

We have loved this new home for our “mom” & grandma! It’s clean and staff are very friendly! There are a lot of events and fun activities to do every day. The food is very appetizing and most importantly mom seems happy. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our loved one!! If you are looking for a place for your loved one this is a great place to consider.

Amazing place! They take great care of my Grammy! The facility is clean and everyone that works there is kind and caring. I would highly recommend this place for any loved one that needs assisted living.

This place is very inviting and has plenty of activities to keep from boredom. There are lots of events that involve the residents families. It is run well and has great care as well as being highly affordable.

Such a wonderful place. Great family atmosphere. A sense of belonging. The staff is wonderful. From the very start, we have had a great experience. The tour was very informative and that is what helped us make our decision. My mother-in-law really enjoys making friends and eating dinner with her friends. There’s so many great opportunities for them to socialize. They make sure everyone feels included. They have special events for all the holidays and include the family as well.

When my husband and I were visiting some of the Assisted Living Facilities several months ago, we stopped at Navion. We took the tour, met some of the residents and staff and all of our questions were answered. We were impressed. We just so happened to move our family member in the day they had their Christmas party. The staff went all out. The atmosphere was very family oriented, very festive and everyone had a great time. A young man with his wife and son entertained with his music and singing. Excellent! They have large calendars posted throughout the facility showing all the various activities available each day of the month. Some are outings, visiting groups, socials, etc. All of the staff have been absolutely wonderful. Thank you to all for your professionalism in your duties, your compassion to the residents and their families, and the shared laughs. Choosing Navion of New Bern was the best decision!

The Legacy of Camden is a fabulous Assisted living facility! Staff is friendly & engaged with residents. The facility is clean and feels very homey. Residents participate in lots of fun activities and outings in a regular basis. I was very impressed when I toured The Legacy.

My first cousin by marriage is here and she loves it. I come to see her about once a month. I’m always kindly greeted and the building is always spotless. The staff have big hearts. [name removed] is always a pleasure to see. I’m thankful we have a place like Navion for Cleveland County.

Well ran community. Locked doors, good food, beautiful center courtyard. Zero bad smells. I had lunch here with a resident and enjoyed the service and kindness from the staff. If I had a loved one who needed ALF, I’d choose Navion.

i am so thankful for a place like Navion here in Shelby. high quality food, caregivers, and staff. this is the caliber of care that our community deserves. 100+ scores in all three categories. i highly recommend them. five stars all the way around.

Chatham Ridge is truly a great place! They have taken great care of my mom these past several months, she is so happy there. She has met lots of friends and seems to like the activities. The food is pretty good for the most part. The staff is very friendly and helpful
