Out of all the locations my husband and I visited, this was the best place that felt like a home and yet could provide all the medical care needed for our family member. And the staff are great, welcoming him in and trying to get him to interact more.

Ivy Park San Jose made the transition very smooth for my Sister who was coming from a post hospital rehab facility. This was after [community removed] refused her admittance at the last minute. I would not recommend [community removed] to anyone. Ivy Park assessed her needs and put together a solid care plan. We were able to move her to their community. They have provided the needed support for her. Their pricing for services has been fair.

What we like the most about the community is the communication, level of care, and cleanliness. We would absolutely recommend Ivy Park to other families, I have seen positive changes in my dad's overall demeanor since moving him to Ivy Park. He seems happier.

We were reluctant to move from our wonderful home in Phoenix. It has turned out to be the best decision for us and in the nick of time! We have a lovely apartment and many staff to check in with us and give us wonderful care.

Ivy park has a wonderful, warm, friendly, caring staff. My mom is quite happy there, with lots to do, good food and a lovely staff.

I am a new resident at Oakmont. I am extremely impressed with the care and attention that is given to each resident. Everyone greets you with a smile and asks if you need help with anything. I use a walker, but am a fall risk and it is very comforting to be in a safe and comfortable place. The food is delicious. There are many amenities that I am still learning about. The grounds are well-kept and lovely. Being here has given me peace of mind since my 88 yr old husband recently passed away.

My wife and I have been at Oakmont of Redding for 2 years and we couldn't be more pleased with our decision to move here. The staff here preforms beyond our expectations and we are treated as part of a large family. On a score of 1 to 10....with 10 being the best...Oakmont is a 14!!!!!

The Carlisle itself is an inviting well-kept building. The apartments that I saw were spacious and interesting--in previous years owners made changes that worked for them so not cookie cutter. [name removed], the marketing director is very good at his job.

We picked this community, because of the layout of the apartment. The building is only a couple of years old. It's very clean and the staff is wonderful. Four outings a month and four shopping trips per month. There is a nice theater with movies every night at 6:30 PM. Usually just somebody brings in a DVD or it's Netflix.

I loved Ivy Park and Highly recommend them. One example was my moms hospital bed did not come the first night and the charge nurse came by to check on her at 2 am found out she was sleeping in a chair and moved her to a model room to get sleep. They go way beyond to help and treat their residents like family. The staff calls you by name and remembers who you are and who your relative is. They listen and respond quickly. I would recommend them to anyone.

Experience delivered what was needed at the time. Was looking for a place to take care of mother post-stroke while everyone was out of town for a wedding.

Overall the activities are good. The caregivers here are excellent. The food is absolutely terrible. I have a lovely room. I found this community because it was in my personal neighborhood, a few block away.

After trying other assisted living residences for my mother, I am so releived to have finally found a place she can truly call home. The happiness I feel knowing she is not just cared for but genuinely cared about is immense. There is a warmth about the community at Ivy that is uncommon at other places and you feel it the moment you walk in. The staff is warm and patient and provides the personal attention my mother needs to feel safe and happy. For anyone looking for high- quality assisted living consider Ivy Park.

My mom passed away 4 weeks ago. She lived at Oakmont for 6 months. I'm generally happy with them and not sure if there is much more we could have done about her over all health. I had a feeling they weren't feeding her enough, but she was very resistant to eating so I'm not sure much could have been done, although maybe she would have stuck around longer with a private caregiver. But sticking around longer isn't always the goal. The staff was very sweet and attentive and they are had tears in their eyes when she passed - they truly cared and clearly loved their jobs.

Staff interaction with my aunt was top notch. My aunt enjoys going to meals and activities. Her room is very comfortable. We enjoy visiting our aunt at Ivy Park. It is inviting for patrons and visitors.

I would give 5's to all categories. Their staff works hard to take great care of their residents. Yes, we would recommend Ivy Park at Cathedral Hill to other families based on the experience so far.

What we like the most about the community is the Communication with all levels of staff. Cleanliness and activities. Yes, I would recommend Ivy Terrace at Fullerton to other families and have already recommend them.
