Pointe Communities

RosePointe community has been an excellent choice for me. There is always a friendly and helpful concierge at the front desk. They recently have redecorated and repainted so the atmosphere is bright and cheerful. They offer so many good things to do here. There is a beauty salon, exercise classes, and other activities. They have entertainment come in periodically that is very enjoyable. They offer transportation to church, grocery shopping, and group outings. They offer meal plans or you cook for yourself, you need to just let them know not to cook your meal beforehand. The chef serves delicious meals. My room is beautiful and equipped with a pull chain in case I ever need emergency assistance. You can have a garden plot to grow your own vegetables if you like. The landscaping is just beautiful with a walkway that is close to Central Park so you can also enjoy the ducks. I would strongly recommend RosePointe to friends and family.

My mother is doing very well since her move to this community. She is doing great, and she is enjoying her time. I do feel comfortable with this community. I know she is safe, and in good hands. They have great staff, and they are taking good care of her, and her needs. They do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. Everything is working out well for my mother in this community, and I would recommend it.

The community that I live in is wonderful and we like the staff. I like to have the option for cooking for myself. The staff is caring. I liked the nice residents. The activities have been unhelpful for me to participate with the other residents.I would recommend the care at this community for others looking for a nice atmosphere for a place to call home.

I was given an excellent tour of the community. They had activities going on. They did not have the level of care for continuous care. It was not a suitable long term facility for my parents.

My loved one is doing good in the community. The staff communication has been good. The staff are very nice and attentive with the residents. The meals have good portions to them and are healthy. I feel the community is well maintained and very clean. I would recommend RosePointe to families and friends looking for a great place for their loved ones.

I am very happy here at this community. The staff is excellent and very caring. It is a very beautiful and clean place to live. They offer alot of activities to enjoy and be involved with. A good variety of good meals are offered. I am happy living here and would recommend it to others.

They do an absolutely wonderful job at RidgePoint! The staff is wonderful, the food is good, and they've got all kinds of activities! The facility itself is beautiful and clean, and the housekeeping service does a great job keeping everyone's room looking nice. And the price is very affordable for the level of service they provide, you get a great bang for your buck! I highly recommend the place!

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. This was a very nice looking place, it was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. However, it was also very expensive and a little out of the price range we were looking in. We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.

I am very happy with everything they have been doing so far. I don't have any concerns, I would rate them very highly.

my mother was very hesitant to give up her townhome, but is thrilled not to have the responsibilities of taking care of her own place. The apt is spacious, sunny, and clean! The staff is incredibly friendly. The atrium makes you feel like you are in the outdoors with very good food! My mom is really enjoying all the amenities and activities & is very happy to be living there.

One of our top choices. Would prefer closer to Eden Prairie.

The tour was fine but the other community had independent, assisted living and memory care and this is what I was looking for was a community that had everything I needed included with it.

We have only been here for three months. We are still getting settled. We aren't here all the time because we haven't sold our house yet. When that is out of the way, I'm sure we will participate more after we sell the house. There are many things that I am interested in. The staff here are all very nice. People living here that I have met seem very nice also. My sister-in-law has lived here for ten years, so I have spent quite a bit of time here with her over the years, and have always thought that this is where I would go.

The marketing director, [name removed], is very good at her job. She answered all my multiple questions, assured me everything in the apartment would be fixed, painted, new carpeting installed etc. which it was. I have a small dog which I had to pay a $[fee removed] one time fee . Which I think is a lot but I do understand the need to charge and that not all owners clean up after their dogs. But don't like that my dog can only go on the elevator to get in and out of the building and that I can't sit in the lobby or on the outside patio with him. I do understand why but don't like it. The lady who works the front desk has been my go to person with questions from before moving in and still is. Along with the young gentleman who works 3-11. Both are a real asset to the company. Maintenance is quick to respond and again friendly and helpful. I really haven't attended a lot of their activities. One speaker and their Halloween party. Both were well organized and I enjoyed the Halloween party Meals I have not eaten here yet so have no comment. It is going to take a while for this to feel like home, but I feel this was a good fit for me and feel I made the right choice. my apartment is a one bedroom, and plenty of room for my dog and I. And a real plus is the cleaning girl comes once a week and cleans the kitchen, bathroom and vacuums the carpet. At no extra charge??

Coming to RosePointe has been wonderful for me. I heard so many say what a wonderful place. After being here, for over a year, I understand how wonderful it is. We were welcomed by the staff, embraced by residents, and comforted when my husband died.

Since moving into RosePointe, my experience has been a very positive and up lifting one. The friendliness of community and staff was outstanding. I had previously lived in another senior community, which this one was over the top.
