this place is a joke .. sorry to say that .. placed a loved one there and he fell and deteriorated within a week - I think this facility needs to provide the resident with a free helmet and knee pads - place has a bad reputation -- as no clue how to treat a senior geriatric resident Sorry you guys missed the boat on care and compassion
