I'm so glad mom decided to move to Legacy Ridge. She was sitting at home alone, and now she gets out to eat and to participate in the daily activities. All the staff members are caring and so considerate!

The entire staff is very friendly and go above and beyond. The calendar is full of events every day. I am staying to transition from the hospital after surgery to home. This has been a perfect respite facility.

I recently moved my 102.5 mother in law from California to Legacy. I knew after our tour that this was the perfect place for her to call home. The entire experience has been amazing! She is getting to know everyone. Penny provides great activities and entertainment for all the residents! Thank you to the entire staffs at Legacy for all you do! Your hard work has not gone unnoticed!

We absolutely LOVE Legacy Ridge and the best thing is my dad loves it too. He truly has made a family there. He loves the food, the activities, and the employees who care for him. I cannot recommend the facility enough. We were apprehensive about placing my dad in assisted living but we know that we made the right decision with Legacy Ridge without a doubt!

We loved it at Madison Heights! For a memory care unit, they are the nicest people. They make you feel welcome and like family. The patients are treat like family and really make them feel at home.

Staff at Forest Heights is personal and meet the needs of my Mom. They are patient and understanding of the needs of each resident. They take the time to speak and participate in activities with residents and family members. They always ask how things are going and if Mom is comfortable and happy with the facility. They care and do all they can to make residents comfortable and a feeling of home. Thank you for all you do for my Mom and family!

Employees at the Colonnade are caring and responsive to the residents' needs. Residents have the opportunity to move around the facility independently. There are activities for them to engage in during the day/week. [names removed] have been extremely helpful in assisting me to find answers to my questions regarding my loved one.

I was very pleased. I'd recommend checking with a Place for Mom since you can save us days of research.

We are very impressed with the caring and compassion of the staff and their interest in doing their best. The activities are excellent. Even though our mother does not participate in all of them, we can tell they are well thought out. We receive a schedule every month so we can encourage her. We have attended some activities with her and the staff is impressive. I would recommend them to others.

It was not a good fit for my mother due to her cognitive state and she only stayed 4-5 weeks as a result. That being said I thought it was a great community. The food was good, activities were planned very well. I was very pleased with it.

We haven’t finalized our selection of a new home for my brother, but I was very impressed with the tour. [name removed] was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Staff and residents were all smiles and friendly. [name removed] showed and described many things that were done to make residents feel at home and part of a caring community.

Communication has been fantastic. About events going on. Keeping us apprised of Mom's involvement and participation or when she needs extra encouragement. Sends us photos etc. makes us feel better about not being with her all of the time.

They are doing some great improvements. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families given all the recent changes and plans

They welcomed mom and made her feel at home. Food is good. They are very responsive to our questions, and to my mother when she needs help. They have fun activities that include the residents as well as the families. The in house contracted doctors are super convenient and we don't worry about mom getting the care she needs and deserves.

The Oaks Scenic View is a wonderful facility. Loving and caring staff committed to caring for you loved one. Great administration and very dedicated to the well being of their residents. A lifestyle that your loved one can definitely enjoy,

I rated everything except for Care Services/Quality of Care at a 5 (great). As for the Care Services/Quality of Care, sometimes it is difficult to get ahold of someone there and follow through with appointments can be difficult.

The Oaks is great. I have a loved one here and it was the best decision I ever made. It’s not too expensive and the staff are great with her. They also have a new Executive Director Robert Day that really listens to the family over any concerns we might have and actually gets it resolved. Best decision I have ever made

I have recommended it already to friends. Great value for the money. My dad is loving it so far.
