RanchView Senior Assisted Living

My mother-in-law lived with us for many happy years until her Alzheimer's disease became too much for my husband and me to handle without expert assistance. The RanchView Senior Assisted Living team has provided exceptional care for her ailments, continually collaborating with her to keep her alert. This is a really special institution where the administration and personnel are constantly working to give the greatest care for my mother-in-law. The facility is lovely, clean, and everyone is courteous. I strongly advise you to trust your loved ones both here and at [removed], where my parents have lived for five years.

This community has been great, it really has been wonderful. The staff members were very friendly and the care services were excellent as well as the meals and dining services there. We also think the value was great.

My mother has been at Olivenhain for over 7 months. We have been with her their daily to visit and help her adjust. The staff is far beyond caring and the homelike atmosphere is so much better than the larger institutions that I have visited. The love shown by the staff for the residents is so wonderful. Even many of the caregivers who do not work there but come and provide additional companionship for individual residences have said that the personal care is so much better than many of the larger institutions.

My mother was a resident at Olivenhain Guest Home for over three years. The staff was friendly and caring, and some of them formed strong bonds with my mother. The facility offers lots of activities-I rarely saw residents alone in their rooms. The owners were very gracious to accommodate my mother's many needs, which increased over time. The facility is clean and has a large, beautiful courtyard. I highly recommend this facility!

Two relatives have lived there for a length of time (at different times). They were both happy there. One played the piano for residents. The main building is an older home, kept up well. Residents can feel like it's their living room and dining room. As a visitor I'm not privy to details of everyday care, but often we see several workers tending to folks. We enjoy the parties they have several times a year where loved ones enjoy fellowship and a lovely meal together with other residents' families. I believe they have several activities during the week and one on Sunday.

Although my mom has been there only a month I already see improvement in her general well -being. She is participating in activities and is well cared for.

I love this place and my Mom does too! My sister who lives in Oregon has visited and likes it too. I never worry about my mom anymore. They don't call constantlly like the other place my mom was in. The price doesn't change monthly like some places. Food is good people are very friendly and kind. The owner is very approachable and nice and friendly.

We have been very pleased with this community since my father moved in. We were initially drawn in by the fact that it does not feel like a normal institution or senior living community. It is almost like a renovated home, and this home-like atmosphere has been great for our father. The smaller community has also been very supportive of his needs. Definitely check it out.

I think they’re doing well so far. The food seems to be alright, but I haven’t eaten there. It seems to be a very clean community and the staff is very friendly. So far we’re satisfied with the experience my loved one is having.

They have been real really good at Olivenhain Guest Home. If I have ever had any issues they have been quick to resolve them. One thing I like at this facility is that they are loaded with staff members. They have a lot per resident and I really appreciate that. It has been a really good experience here.

The staff here was lovely and did a good job of following up with me after I took a tour. The place was extremely clean. The people that gave me the tour were able to answer all of my questions and seemed knowledgeable about the type of care my loved one would need. The price seemed reasonable as well. While it might not have fit our specific needs, it might be the perfect place for someone else.

I am so thankful that a friend recommended this place for my mom. I had some terrible experiences in finding the best location that would be able to provide the right type of care that my mother needed.I feel very secure in placing my mother here knowing she is getting the right sort of care , This community has the best run staff I have ever seen from the administration down to the regular staff. They are very nice and accommodating and gentle. The food is good. The community has always been clean and well maintained.

I toured this community when looking for a friend. Everyone was friendly and the atmosphere was nice. I would recommend them.

When I toured this community I thought it was too far. Also, it was more of an acute care place. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the place was nice, but it was not a good fit for my mother.

happy with everything at the facility overall no complaints . The only one is lack of communication between staff and residents families .
