My mother lives at this community for over two years. She loves it here, super nice staff.

My mother loves the community. She says staff is patient, attentive, and compassionate. The community is not two large which means resident get a lot of attention.

Mom has been doing excellent since she moved here. She is getting more exercise going to the dining room and activities. All of the staff are very caring and helpful. mom says this is the best place for her.

I can tell you this is a nice place. It is clean and it's a place you can enjoy being in. It is secure and safe, the staff is concerned about you and asks "if I'm ok."

The community was and is very willing to work with us on the move in process and this continues to be helpful. The staff are available even on the weekends and get right on the requests from the family and are able to answer our questions. The community was very flexible in allowing only one of our family members to move in, instead of two family members, into the same room the family picked out. The laundry service, changing of linens, housekeeping, all three meals, and the room are included in the monthly rate. We have had to ask for the community to clean my loved one's bathroom. The community is able to handle the medication management for my loved one. Devotionals, exercise classes, and more are some of the activities available for the residents. There is transportation available for the resident to use if they need it. My loved one really enjoys the breakfast items available. There are other menus for the resident to choose from. If a resident stops coming to meals, the community will check on the resident. There might be a deliver charge for meal delivery if the resident chooses to have meals delivered to their room.

We were very happy with the experience we had at Wells Point Lodge We had chosen them because I really liked the manager of the facility and it was very close to home as well. The staff extremely very caring, even though it was a short term stay they treated her like part of the community. I would absolutely recommend them to others.

We chose Wells Point Lodge because they were the only available that took pets. The room sizes here are very good. They have plenty of activities provided for the residents to participate in and they are marvelous, my mom loves that aspect of it. [name removed] the director is wonderful l and very responsive. I would definitely recommend.

Our loved one is adjusting very well there, he is getting much more comfortable quicker then he was at the previous community he was at. The medical staff team and the entire staff team are just amazing. They are always on top of everything always keep us informed. The place is very well organized, the meals are excellent, and if you don't want to eat in the dining room they deliver to your own room. The barber shop just opened back up, we can visit with our masks on. The administrative team is awesome, we absolutely recommend this community, it is just so loving and warm.

My daughter looked over a ton of places and she chose this facility because of the location and she thought they were going to be the best fit, Wells Point is a great facility, we were very happy with the care that mom got here. They provided a lot of activities for the residents even with covid going on. They were great with communication, I got texts from the nurses with updates on mom. They were as accommodating as it could be with covid and always let us know when we were able to come visit. I would absolutely recommend to others.

The facility is really nice, the people are really friendly, nice and really seem to care. From what what we have seen of the community it is clean, and they serve good meals. The value is fair not to out of the way.

Very high on our list for placement - [name removed] was very professional, honest & up front. The residents that we saw on our tour as well a the employees all seemed to be happy & we saw several residents busy in the library, sitting area and doing some kind of Easter craft. The home did not have any smells and all areas were clean. We will be taking another family member to visit this location as this location is high on our list for placement for our loved one.

I have spoken to and met with several communities and Ashwood will be our choice for our parent. The people I talked to were very knowledgeable and quite friendly. They showed us videos and we were able to view the courtyard and see a few residents enjoying the day. Very good experience!

I'm a hospice nurse. I visit frequently. Care here is excellent. Staff is available and easy to communicate with.

My mom has been at Ashwood for a couple of months now and they’ve been really helpful with the transition for her. My mom also talks about how great the food is which is a huge deal for her! I’ve been impressed that they always call if they have any concerns about her and they check in with her often just to see how she’s doing. The place is clean and well kept and has a cute little courtyard.

Our dad lived alone until he fell and broke his femur. After researching and touring different types of assisted living facilities, we realized dad didn't want to live in a 2 to 3 story apartment style or residential care home. Finding Wells Point Lodge in Pflgerville was what we were looking for. Extra living area, great food, and activities for the residents. The staff is like dad's second family. A very comfortable and inviting environment. Not too big, not too small. Wells Point Lodge was a great fit for our dad. We rate it 5 stars.

[name removed] was the kindest person I dealt with in all this. We both also liked [name removed] a lot. We liked the emphasis on family there. There were many things we liked about Well Point Lodge. It made the top of our choices!
