Westbridge is a wonderful caring environment for your loved ones. Very attentive loving patient staff. Clean and inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend this facility for your loved ones.

Really wonderful. It is stellar! It's a small group home. They are clean, it's pretty, they are compassionate and kind, the woman who owns it is on top of everything. It's just run beautifully.

Nice friendly, tranquil and caring environment. The place is clean and the director and staff is willing to work with you on special diets, etc. A quiet location and nice area of Plantation and convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. We may feel rushed with all we do in a day and it's nice to know we can visit our loved ones and not be too far to grab a bite to eat, etc.

My Mom is very happy there. She loves when we take her into the living room. Besides the different scenery, she loves the way it is decorated. My Mom is 100 and has dementia.

First impression was good. The home is small but neat, no bad smells, security features intact. My mother’s room and restroom was good. The best features : [name removed] and [name removed], the Mon- Friday day staff. They loved my mother and she loved them. [name removed] the owner was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. My only comment is there are no activities for the resident’s. They did have music once a week, but the residents need stimulation and conversation regularly. Now some of the residents were in different situations, but for my mother it was very non stimulating. Luckily she had her daycare that i sent her to 3 days a week. And we visited her 3 times a week.

It's a great place, you better okay with the mental stage. The community won't help you depending on the needs of your loved one. The staff is okay, because of COVID they had limitations and restrictions.

I moved my mom to a smaller facility, thinking she would get more attention and that the interaction would be more personal. Big mistake. The only thing that the owner cares about, is to get the deposit on time, while the place is very poorly managed and offers the bare minimum. Way more expensive vs similar facilities. • One night mom refused to take her meds and the aid slapped her and told me she cannot bear her. What did the owner do to rectify this situation? She gave my mom a 45 day notice to leave! And did not even have the courtesy to refund me the admission fee since she was there only for 30 days. • Food portions were small - food variety was poor eg lunch: rice and beans or just little strings of beef occasionally. Supper: is only a snack. • Staff was intentionally ignoring and refusing to take mom to bed during the day ie 10 feet away • Barely any activities to do during the day. Just ladies sleeping on the couch
