I’ve been living here for a short time, and so far, I’m very happy with my experience. The staff has been friendly and welcoming, and I’m settling in nicely. I feel comfortable here and look forward to making this place my home!

I love Grand Villa for the social friendliness of the residents and the staff. The activities are amazing. I especially like doing the exercise every morning. I like that I can walk around the building with new friends. I also find the food hearty and delicious. However my favorite is the every Friday happy hour. I like that the activity room is always open so you can paint or do crafts at leisure. I also love the size of my apartment.

I love the people at Grand Villa. The residents are friendly and staff is amazing. I feel very at home there. My daughter is away and place me here. This was a great chose.

The staff in every department management, nursing, dining, housekeeping, maintenance, sales are very friendly and welcoming. Everyone tries their best. The management team is helpful and open to listening and finding the best way to care for each resident's needs.

The care staff, front desk, managers and assistants are extremely helpful with any problems/concerns I have had with my sister in the Assisted Living side. They have been professional, compassionate, understanding, and supportive!

I recently moved my friend into the Grand Villa of Port Charlotte. She was welcomed warmly and has been made to feel her new home is where she is meant to be. Services are consistent and the staff is friendly and available to help whenever the need arises. Activities have drawn her out of her apartment and enjoying the company of the other residents. This environment is enhancing her outlook on life.

I visited my aunt at Tuscan Gardens last Friday for happy hour, and we had such a great time! The staff does an amazing job getting the residents up, dancing, and having fun. The music is great, the wine is flowing, and the energy is contagious! It’s also so wonderful to see family members coming out to spend time with their loved ones and enjoy the festivities together. Tuscan Gardens really knows how to put on a show and create such a fun, lively atmosphere for everyone! What a special place to make memories and enjoy time together.

Living her is the best thing I could have done. We have friends here and are able to bring outside friends here to visit. This is now our home. Everyone is very accommodating. And when there are issues they are seen to right away!

This place has a great community vibe& great hospitality. A Very lovely place and the people are all very nice. I enjoyed it very much. Definitely a place I would choose to live at & experience on a full time basis

The tour we had for Grand villa of Delray East was wonderful. We are looking for a facility that offers respite care and this was perfect for our needs.

My mom-in-law lived at Grand Villa last year. This place is wonderful. The apartments all include a screened balcony which we took full advantage of. Enjoy comfortable seating areas everywhere, a small theater, and Library. The dining area is like a restaurant, but the staff is so caring. They have 24h care. Any time someone doesn't come down to eat at any meal they check in to see if your are ok and see if you need anything. I would see them helping residents at all hours. Each room has emergency pull strings to contact them from the bedroom or bath in an emergency. Family and friends are always welcome and it was obvious that many residents were enjoying friendships with each other. There was always some activity going on. They have there own bus to transport residents for scheduled shopping trips. It is so warm and welcoming there. I would highly recommend Grand Villa to anyone looking for Independent living, Assisted living, or Memory Care. They really take care of their residents.

The staff is very caring specifically [name removed] and [name removed] and [name removed]. However everyone is very helpful and caring. They have nice events. Even if your loved one doesn’t want events they may be drawn in. Nice atmosphere

I am a resident at Grand Villa of after living in my home for many years. My son wanted me to live closer to him. I’ve made some friends and feel very safe. I know when I have questions, the staff have been able to care for me.

I've lived at The Pineapple House for over 2 years. I had one condition before I moved in and that was that I needed an apartment with a balcony that had a nice view and was relaxing and quiet. I found that and two years later I still enjoy sitting outside in my balcony and watching the birds fly by.

This is by far the nicest and cleanest assisted living facility I have visited in Brevard County. The staff are so kind and caring!

From the Care Staff , maintenance and management Team they have gone above and beyond to help my Mom as she transition from Rehab to Memory Care. The providers that they work with are also very seasoned and experts on their field. My mom is stabilize now and feeling right at home.

We looked at 5 facilities in the Clearwater area. Grand Villa stood out from the rest. It wasn’t the cheapest. But the care, and the turn over from the employees, wasn’t even close. Everybody loved their job. And most have been there for a while. Among other things.

We have recently moved in. We did not bring furniture from MN, so we had a motel for a few nights. When the Management learned that we could not get furniture for a few days, they offered a small furnished studio to bridge the gap, saving us about $[removed]. That was a fine gesture. Staff is very nice and helpful. Food is quite good and is served to your table. There are always two entree choices plus eight lighter dishes which us usually available. You can sit anywhere and dress up is not required. Only shortcomings are no pool or good exercise room. Residents are very friendly and the location is very good. Plenty of parking within 150 feet of entrance.

I moved in a few weeks ago into The Pineapple House assisted living. I have felt very welcomed. The employees are very nice and compassionate. The response time whenever I ask for help is usually quick, as everyone is very attentive and caring.

You have many choices when searching for the perfect home for your loved one. A Place for Mom listened to our needs and singled out 3 facilities that met our requirements. Upon touring these 3 facilities one stood out. The one that seemed to meet our needs hopes and desires for our loved one. The one that felt most like home was Grand Villa of Ocala. We have not been disappointed. The staff is professional and caring. They, work with the family to obtain the optimal life for our loved one. Not only is the staff and surroundings comfortable for our family member, we are comfortable visiting and always welcomed with smiles! We are glad we made the choice we did!
