The facility is a welcoming place with very helpful staff. The comfortable feeling of the Memory care area is something we are looking for. Very happy we made the tour.

We had Windward Pointe as our first scheduled visit and really didn't need to look any further. The facility is very clean and the staff is very positive and interacts with all of the residents, whether it is a friendly smile and a wave or stopping and taking the time to have a conversation with them. The layout is very easy to navigate and the villas are exactly what we were looking for for my mom and sister. [name removed] was very easy to work with and really helped us to navigate the process. She allowed us to make multiple trips with different family member to view the facility and the villa. The residents were extremely friendly and genuinely seemed to be engaged and carrying themselves in a positive way. We had been to other facilities where the residents appeared to just be existing and the environment was dark and depressing. Winward Point is the opposite, and full of brightness and happiness. My 91 year old mom was overjoyed with the place and is eager to move in.

Wonderful acility, very clean and secure. Other clients are happy and very friendly. A Place for Mom recommendation was outstanding. Bluestone as their medical provider does a super job, consistent contact via their portal. A little hesitant on the facilities head nurse, their regional nurse is outstanding.

I recently toured Whitby Point Senior Living facility. I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. They seem to go out of their way the keep the residents active and involved in activities. A family member of a resident noticed I was touring and offered her opinion of the place since her father had been there for a while. She had only good things to say.

Actually, one of my brothers was seriously interested in living there. Was close to another sibling and we found the staff and environment to be warm and inviting, spacious and beautiful. [name removed] was especiallly impressive, treating us fully with kindness, respect, thorough and allowing us to feel we could ask her any time questions and concerns we had. I was disappointed my bother decided to live in a similar facility on the east coast.

My Mother lived at Olympics West for a week. We all quickly realized she needed memory care not independent or assisted living. All staff and residents were so kind, available to help and genuinely cared to make mom’s needs were met. They were instrumental in getting Mom moved to [community removed] 24 hours

I am happy with this facilty, my mom has been here since June and she has been well taken care of. The staff at the Ascot have been helpful and kind an very informative. She has a wonderful roommate and is happy here.

I feel that we have placed our sister in a safe place. She is on the Memory Care Unit and it isn’t depressing. We are kept informed of any changes, have had a meeting to ask questions which was informative. The staff seems happy and always acknowledging us. There doesn’t seem to be a high staff turnover and the food looks and smells great.

As my mother recently passed away, she received care at Calusa Harbour, and our family was very pleased with the experience of our mother living here. the staff was friendly, compassionate, and truly helpful, and they took the time to explain each step, which made us feel supported and informed throughout the entire process.

Park Summit is like a 5star hotel. I loved it. Everyone was nice. There is so many activities you can never get bored. The suites are beautiful, roomy and the porch has a great view. You have to see all of the facility to truly appreciate the beauty, comfort and convenience to everything in the area.

I am very happy here at Calusa Harbour! I enjoy living here and appreciate the wonderful experience of being part of this community. it is a great place to live, meet people, and enjoy each day. I am glad to call Calusa Harbour home!

Calusa Harbour has so much to enjoy! There are lots of activities and a beautiful location near downtown with amazing water views. the staff is friendly, helpful and always willing to assist which makes it feel like home. The pool and surrounding amenities are a wonderful asset.

I love this Facility! The food is excellent and there is always something fun to do. there is so much entertainment and activities, which makes every day enjoyable. the employees are amazing; we are like a family. This place truly feels like home, and I would highly recommend it!

Palms at St Lucie West feels just like home! I am current resident here and I enjoy participating in daily activities that include painting, music and outings. I've made many new friends while living at the Palms

A wonderful facility and staff that truly cares about their residents and community. I’m so glad that my mother will be joining the Faye Wright family soon!

The place looks brand new the residents I talked to love the place! [name removed] is the manger and couldn’t be nicer. They give veterans a 5% discount on their rent and free underground parking spot . When you get a room it’s freshly paintred, new carpeting and new tile if needed. The meals are done from a chef from the former chef from the Pieces of Eight now the Harbor House. The grounds are beautiful, all and all a wonderful place! I am haveing a full knee replacement and after it heels I am selling my condo and moving there!

I’ve been living in Calusa Harbour with my little dog and we love it. I have a studio and it’s plenty room for me. I have a living room with love seat and my recliner. My tv can be seen from everywhere in the room. They take me to my appts and come back a pick me up. There are plenty activities to keep us busy. They have a flu and Covid shot fair today and got both my shots. They have a clinic, library, multiple game rooms and pool. We all go to the dining room for meals. There is a lanai where you can sit out by the river and all screened in. Every one is friendly and the staff are all kind and knowledgeable. It is a great place to live. All our needs are met.

After a few visits, a tour and a short time on a wait list, my favorite type of apartment became available. A short time later, after upgrades were completed, I moved in. I have been happy with my decision. Have enjoyed excellent meals, amenities, programs and classes, and their services. I can say; I am happy here!
