Great place. Nice and helpful staff. Range of activities. 5 for all but #4. This is independent living so can't really judge that. We don't use the health services offered. Central location. Close to medical center/ hospital. Lots of friendly residents.

My mother lived at Lombard Place for a short period of time. We moved her from an independent living facility into Lombard Place when she was unable to care for herself on a daily basis. The entire staff was wonderful and were on top of her care at all times. They were very responsive. The facility is accommodating and the food is very good. My mom really enjoyed the food. The sales director made the process very easy and the transition was smooth. My siblings and I were extremely satisfied and happy that we made the decision to move her into Lombard Place. I would highly recommend Lombard Place to anyone looking for an Assisted Living facility for their loved one.

The Enclave delivers excellent medical care for their residents. Plenty of opportunities for socializing and activities. My mom Loved their 3 years before her passing and enjoyed her time there. The cleanliness of the place is great ( and met my mom’s exacting standards). When my mom needed hospice, they were able to coordinate with hospice and provide seamless care. The cost of my mom’s assisted living apartment was as reasonable for all the care she received, especially compared to other facilities both inside and outside of our area. I would highly recommend the Enclave.

We knew Lombard Place would be our dad's forever home as soon as we walked in the front door, with light bright decor and a friendly greeting as we entered. Our father was a resident for 2 years and moved into a beautiful, assisted living studio and as he aged and need more care, to Memory care and finally to hospice care. While a resident he enjoyed musical performances, games, art projects, weekly mass in the theater and outings. In each part of his life's journey, Lombard Place was prepared to help him be his best person. They make available excellent nursing, PT and an unbelieve caring staff. My father loved Lombard Places staff, and they loved him! We could not have found a more perfect forever home for Dad!

5 on all! Because of the wonderful staff and how awesome everything is, my mother in law has now been living there since [date removed] We all love it! The great food, services, activities, apartments, and staff are exceptional!!! A great place to make new friends!

The staff was kind, friendly and professional. The problem for us was that after mom broke her leg in her second day there, she was not able to return due to the higher cost of additional care needed and because Westview is not approved for Medicaid patients.

It is a relatively new facility and is only 5 minutes from my house do very convenient to get to. My sister generally keeps to herself and does not participate in activities so cannot give a fair evaluation. She also does not like the food.

Las Palmomas has been a great place for my friend. She loves it. I feel good knowing she is there and safe. She's always having about the food and all of the activities provided (she hasn't joined any yet - but I think eventually she will) she commented " if you can't find something to do, then you're the problem". Thank you [name removed] and all the staff there, for your kindness and patience.

I brought my now 90 y/o Dad from TX to AZ in [date removed], so we are approaching 2 yrs in 2025. I have been very happy with MPSL. The staff has been great in both caring for him and helping me navigate senior/parent care. The folks there are very caring and tentative to his needs. He started on the independent living side but has since transferred to the assisted side. There is no way I could care for Dad's needs the way MPSL does. From bringing him meals if and when needed to managing his meds, to watching him 24/7 as things draw to a close. I researched a number of facilities in the valley area and believe that I found one of the best ones available. Thank you MPSL.

I moved my mom to Mason, from PA. She lived with me for 9 years, but needed more help that I could not provide. My sister and her grandkids live in Ohio , so we thought that would be the best place to live. I drove her out there, my sister set up 5 different assisted living tours so she could choose where she would like to live . She chose Mason. It was very stressful with the move and settling her in, but the staff at Mason are amazing. They truly made her feel comfortable and at ease. I talked to her yesterday, she has now been there for about 6 weeks and she loves it. Almost settled in, but has been doing the chair yoga and drum class. She goes and socialized with everyone and is enjoying the whole experience. Thank you so much Mason for caring as you do.

After visiting 3 assisted living communities we chose HighPointe for my 98 yr old mother. Initially she wasn't thrilled in general and indicated she would just stay in bed in her nightie all of the time. One month later and she gets dressed daily and doesn't miss a meal. PT and OT are great and helping her regain some strength. I am so impressed with the care team and the administration, they are all great. I highly recommend this community and thank A Place For Mom for all of their support

Many of the staff have been there since it opened. The facility has IL and AL together which makes for a smoother transition. The management team is willing to dig in and do whatever is needed, literally from picking up coworkers in bad weather (like January's storm) to doing the cooking if the cook is sick.

Yes recommend to others. Nice staff, good food, clean facility. Good communication. Nice to have pt and ot on site

It's nice , attractive Kept clean ... Dining is nice . Have a PT room with equipment ... Close to Walmart and Target.. staff are friendly

Can’t say enough good things. So much better than I had hoped for after 2+ years of Mom being in assisted living. Beautiful Surroundings, New, clean and so nicely decorated all the down to the art! Wonderful fun activities Shout out to [name removed]and [name removed]Entertainment directors. Wonderful caregivers w Nurse [name removed]and [name removed]heading up the A.L. Staff. These Directors of nursing care so much. Mom Happy which makes her family happy and grateful!!

Staff is kind and caring some of course better than others but overall after a year, we've gotten to know them well and I appreciate all that they do.

My aunt spent the last two years of her life in the Memory Care Unit at Palos Heights Senior Living. It’s a well-maintained and professionally managed facility that I would recommend without hesitation. I can’t thank the staff enough for all the love and care they gave her. She really enjoyed her time with them. They made her feel like she was with family.

These are all 5's as far as I could tell, but I only came for short visits from NY. My sister who visited more often confirmed everything is a 5! Staffing levels were good so there was always someone around and she thought the staff were very nice.

My Mom has been at Lombard Place Memory Care for 2 years. I visit her every day. When she came in, she was high functioning with dementia and needed a schedule especially in the evening when she would sun down & get agitated. Fast forward, the sun downing has gotten much better because of the schedule. She feels safe & knows the staff genuinely care about her. The staff is caring and unique as they talk to the residence, walk around smiling and laughing. The are attentive to all residence and I trust them implicitly. The activity team keeps the residence busy all day so they sleep at night. Everyone who helps mom get ready for bed, talks with her as she gets ready. Sometimes they are in the bathroom & do not even know I am in the room listening. They truly adore mom and mom adores them. I am grateful. She even tells me "they are taking good care me it's ok if you can't stop by." My world has changed since bringing mom to Lombard Place. Yours can too.

They were great, my mom never relaxed into the facility. The staff tried very hard to make her comfortable, but she was just as determined to show how much she didn't want to be there. They were awesome. She was a pill, and they tried soooooo hard. I very much appreciate how hard they tried and never got discouraged by my mothers stubbornness. Very nice. I would have been happy living there.
