The surrounding and space is nice, everyone there is friendly but like most service industries staff levels of care personnel are less then what they should be. Costs can change easily and there is no discussion with the POA.

The staff is very nice and welcoming. The move in process was easy and was a pleasant experience. Housekeeping okay, however there was a time that my mom needed help cleaning up the bathroom because she had an accident. She was told by two female housekeepers that they would not help her.

I would recommend. The staff is helpful and nice. It is close by and nice place

It's a newer facility (3 YO), and a couple of residents told my dad they had moved from other places, and this one is much nicer all around. Staff is friendly and attentive. Housekeeping is every two weeks, and "sufficient." Food is varied and good quality. Family can even join in on meals! ($15). Good portions, fresh, flavorful and healthy choices. He likes 90% of the meals. Big upgrade from store-bought frozen meals. His plan includes two meals a day, so he's happy to be able to get out to grocery shop and buy breakfast items. It seems like most residents skip lunch. Move in was simple. We had to do it ourselves, and just let them know when we wanted to move in. He didn't move in the day he took possession, so we moved a few things in ahead of time. It was a much smaller space than his house, so move-in was really one day. I would absolutely recommend Silver Glen Senior Living. There are lots of options for housing, and lots of activities for the residents. You could be as active or reclusive as you want.

I would recommend to others. We picked this community because it's a great place. Also, because of the availabilty convenience, & staff.

When my family realized my mom needed to move out of her home, I scheduled a meeting with Westbrook. From the start I felt very comfortable with the staff. The entire Westbrook team has helped with every step of my moms transition through Alzheimer’s (assisted living and now memory care). All the staff is friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable. I fully trust Westbrook. I have piece of mind knowing that my mom is safe and being take care of. The facility is beautiful and always clean. The facility is bright and modern. Not dreary like other places I checked out. I highly recommend Westbrook and I am truly grateful for the staff.

I was very impressed with [name removed] and my experience with A Place For Mom. I thought it was going to be some sort of high-pressure sales and they get something out of it so that's why they wanted to do it. But it really is out of care for our parents. We found a wonderful place for my dad and [name removed] was so helpful and gracious.

The tour made us feel so welcomed. Once moved in that feeling grew. It feels like a family. Everyone is so kind, caring and helpful. We made the choice for this community because of this friendliness and how clean and organized the facility is. The cost is expensive for elderly, but comparable to other communities. It's actually a bit cheaper than others.

We brought our stepmother to Palos Verdes after she suffered an acute episode of liver failure and was not able to live by herself at home any more. The staff was very helpful and accommodating the entire time she was there. The facility was clean and modern and had everything she needed.

I have never enjoy anything this nice. The staff is excellent. They take care of me 24/7.

The facility is clean, nicely decorated, and very well run. Staff is caring and efficient. Meals are good but could use more variety and choice of additional seasonings. Transport team is outstanding.

I am amazed at how clean the building and grounds are! Staff is friendly and very helpful - I have my favorites and am sure most people do.

After extensive research into senior living facilities offering many levels of care, we chose Burr Ridge Senior Living for our mom. They have met all and even more than our needs. They are caring, welcoming and make the residents and their families feel like they are family. There is no other place we’d trust with the care for our mom.

I enjoy the meals because I feel I am with family. Activities (especially team trivia) are fun. Housekeeping makes living here easy, and my apartment is kept clean. Music presentations (with popcorn!) make Friday afternoons an enjoyable time.

We were warmly welcomed. We were encouraged to look around, ask questions and to spend time on the grounds. All questions were answered …. Activities were explained. We were invited back for the New Years Eve dinner and festivities …

I am currently a resident at Park Meadows Senior Living and most everything has been great for me here at this facility. I would recommend Park Meadows to others.

The staff is all fantastic... They are so attentive and personable. Mike was great. Mom had already moved from her apt on the 3rd floor to the 1st and they made it so easy. It's just the right size facility which makes it so easy for mom to get around. She's used many of the amenities including physical therapy, daily group games, library, etc.
