I've been here a year this month! The staff is not only good at what they do but they are a very caring group of people! I've needed some extra help, and they are there for us in any way possible! Our price point is pretty much the same in facilities such as ours. I'm in a villa a bit separate from the main facility, but is a short walk from everything! There is always something going on in different areas to keep one busy if one wants to be! I exercise each day, do a meditation session, play volleyball, go to a Bible study on Sunday just to name a few things I do! People are very friendly, so it's a good environment for making new friends! Murrells Inlet is handy to shopping, the beach and good restaurants! Transportation is available to go anywhere! I'm closer to family so very important to me especially since I'm alone after losing my sweet husband two years ago! I guess that's about it! I do like it here as well!

I am a vendor at Heron Club at Prestancia. They are always friendly and helpful. Everyone has a smile and a kind word and are always spending time with the residents. They often offer me lunch and the food is excellent! I highly recommend this place based on the happiness I see in the residents and the staff.

My grandfather was moving into Heron Club, before he arrived, he took a turn for the worst. This community helped me prepare him for Hospice Palliative Care and were so doting and caring during his transition. When I left there, they felt like family. Truly top-notch care and compassion from this team! I would recommend 1,000 times over!

To say my mom is happy is an understatement. After years of encouraging my mom this is what she needed she still refused, until she went to The Club at Prestancia. I knew my mom would like the name because she is a little extra! Pulling in it was all that! Beautiful! Then the way we were greeted was warm, heartfelt and genuine. After she moved in, it seemed to get better. The food is out of this world and Im so thankful for the friends she has made. She has all the care in the comfort of her new home and I cant say enough nice things about her nurse that makes sure she takes her medication. Our only regret is that we didnt do it sooner, it is simply the best.

I'm very happy for [name removed]. He has the freedom to walk around the beautiful outdoor area. Trees and shade everywhere. A pond with turtles and fish, who eat the bread that is thrown to them. 10 for the food, [name removed] loves the food. Chef introduced himself to us and said not to hesitate to ask for something. He will do his best. [name removed] is the best. He did everything to help [name removed]. We had a big problem getting a sign prescription list. [name removed] managed to have their doctor help sole the problem. 5 afternoon snack time. Great value for the money, yes, yes. It's an older 80s place, but it's great. [name removed] has a nice size room and bath. Yes, very friendly. Very nice neighborhood safe, clean area, close to a hospital. Heron East is a really nice place. Heron East has its own charm sitting in a remarkable beautiful community. Mature trees, shade, also a nice smoking area in the shaded area with chairs. Bench sitting is everywhere with lovely patios thru out

I have found Trevi Vibrant Senior Living to be absolutely exceptional in every aspect. My sorority sister has been a member of the Trevi Community since [date removed]. She is thoroughly enjoying participating in their numerous activities, interacting with the other community members, and is extremely happy.

Staff [name removed] and [name removed] very friendly and accommodating.

The facility is new, clean, well managed, and the food is outstanding. The staff are personable and caring. They engage with the residents to keep them informed and involved in activities. We highly recommend Seagrass Village and are so happy that we moved our mom here. My mom tells me every day about what she had for lunch and how much she enjoyed it. She's even told me that the hamburger she was served was so big, she couldn't eat it all. The staff does an outstanding job making sure she's participating in the activities. Mom has played the piano all of her life and really misses her baby grand. The activities director came and took mom over to the independent living portion of the facility so she could play the piano. Mom was so excited to play again and actually had a group that gathered to hear her play. It's little things like this that we take for granted, but the staff doesn't.

My experience with Sunflower Springs was a fantastic experience very kind, courteous staff. We had some great help from [name removed] one of the best staff members anyone could have to help us out organize and make sure things were perfect

My overall experience with Westhills Newnan Crossing was excellent.

We have been here 4 weeks and everyone has been so nice, kind and helpful. I would share with anyone about the great facilities at Seagrass. The outside is beautiful with palm trees, lights and every fast to walk around.

We truly love the staff and how they care for mom. The facility is clean and doesn't have that smell that is sometimes found in ALFs. The staff try to get to know not only the residents but the family members as well.

The executive director and the resident director were always accessible if I had any concerns. Support staff was always friendly and willing to do whatever was necessary to give my mom comfort.

We visited this community and it is beautiful! Residents that we saw in the hallways were happy and on their way to an activity. Everyone that we met had a smile from the concierge to the sales lady. It felt like they had known us forever!

All staff are friendly and kind to residents and families. All needs seem to be met consistently.

The only person I remember at The Canopy was [name removed] and she was great. My mom never got to move in because she had a fall at home, and ended up in a nursing home. The staff and facility was very nice and I recommend them to anyone wanting a great home.

What stood out in our experience was the friendliness of the staff. We were all family by the time my mother moved from assisted living to memory care and then passed away. It gave me so much comfort to know they were there when I couldn't be there. On the day mom passed it was like having family there with us to mourn Mom's loss.

my grandma was in need of lots of care. we found carriage hill and she has had the best experience. The care staff, activities and the management are amazing. i sometimes see the management still there at 7pm at night, and they always greet me with a smile. i recommend carriage hill and consider it a blessing for my family.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at The Heron Club at Prestancia! From the very beginning, [name removed] went above and beyond — he made what could have been an overwhelming process so smooth and easy, guiding us through every detail with genuine care and thoughtfulness. We truly couldn’t have done it without him. Since my father moved in, life here has been wonderful. The staff is attentive and warm, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the community itself feels vibrant and alive. There’s a real sense of connection — from engaging activities to restaurant-style dining to beautifully maintained spaces, everything is designed to make residents feel at home and cared for. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be treated like family and have the opportunity to thrive, we highly recommend The Heron Club. It has truly brought us peace of mind and joy knowing my father is in such a great place!
