We have been pleased with everything so far. Dad feels he is in the right place for him. He gets a kick out of how many new friends and activities he now has on a daily basis. The only negative we have had was a change in management had just happened two weeks before we signed. There was a dispute of a couple of hundred difference in our original quote and our actual price given when we signed. This was dealt with by meeting us in the middle. That was fine. The new management seems good so far.

I’ve been here for 5 years and i love it here i wouldn’t change a thing! it’s a very homey residency! i enjoy being here and all the friends i’ve made in the past 5 years! the employees are amazing! they treat us like one big family!

As soon as we walked into The Groves, I noticed the lobby was very bright and welcoming, The lady at the front desk was so nice, we were greeted with a warm smile. [name removed], was wonderful, she gave mom and I a tour, giving us lots of information. The memory care was clean and smelled good. The staff were very friendly and made mom feel very at ease. I would definitely recommend The Groves to anyone looking for a safe place for their loved one.

The staff treats the residents like family. They are very close knit. The new management seems to be making positive changes and refreshing by the place. Food has always been good there. It's not too big and not too small.

The initial tour went well and all my concerns were addressed. Onboarding was easy because the staff was very helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Well maintained. Staff is friendly and attentive. Food is good and rooms are comfortable, several activities through the day to keep residents engaged. All services included laundry, maintenance, cleaning. Love that there is a mobile primary care service

The staff is really accommodating. We were lucky enough to access an ADA apt in just a few short weeks. Dad is enjoying the ease of getting around the apartment. He has liked the meal options and nightly dessert. He has accessed the ride services to and from his appointments. It has been a relatively easy transition for him.

I recently visited Farrington Court to talk to [name removed] about the possibility of my mother moving into an apartment because she had a few friends that live there from the community where she lives right now in Renton. [name removed] talk through the entire day-to-day activities and he was very upfront about everything that goes on at Farrington Court and what’s included in the price of the rent and my mother and I were amazed of how wonderful this place could be for her to live. Of course everybody skeptical and there’s always hidden things but we could not find anything that is wrong with this place and could see the happy faces on many residence as we walked the hallways to go see one of the one bedroom apartments that was available. I will say from [name removed]and the entire staff including [name removed] the manager to the smallest job at that place of how comfortable and happy the staff and residents seem to be. So to put a long story tomorrow we are moving our mother in.

My mom is doing really well at The Palms. A great facility, room size and feel is great. Staff is great! This one is definitely a winner in the Peoria area!

My grandma has been living at The Montebello for a while now, and we couldn’t be happier. The staff are warm, attentive, and truly care about the residents. The place is always clean, welcoming, and she’s made so many wonderful friends there. Most importantly, she feels safe, supported, and at home! We’re so grateful she found such a wonderful place!

Wonderful place! Staff are very friendly and helpful.. love all the activities that are offered to residents. The restaurant is amazing and offers so many options! The library is stocked full and the theatre with popcorn is great! What a fabulous place!

What we like the most about the community is the friendliness and cleanliness. However, they could improve on the food assortment/selection could be improved. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

After two months with my father at Lakewood Reserve, I've been pleasantly surprised with his transition and acceptance to what has been an incredible lifestyle change. Whether it his him realizing his limitations and/or the limited options he has, I think Lakewood Reserve has been just what he needs and where he belongs. The facility and the amenities and staff have been great.

The entire staff is always smiling and eager to help. And the food is great. I would recommend this community to others who are currently searching for a place.

All of the staff and personnel ave excellent. They have a ton of activities and so varied.

Walking in I was greeted by two different residents who were leaving to walk their dogs. Knowing people can come and go when needed, and keep their beloved pets with them brought a smile to my face.
