The home setting is great! They encourage visitors at any time. They are friendly and it is always clean. The residents are encouraged to get up and dressed daily. They also all eat together in kitchen dining area. The price is all inclusive so you don't have to worry about constant add ons. Very happy with this facility. Also works closely with hospice when needed.

GiGi's house was a great place for my Mom. The staff are very caring and attentive to the personal needs of their residents. The home-type atmosphere was just what my Mom needed, including the outdoor deck we could visit with her on nice days. The food, activities, and individual caring was excellent. The staff go well beyond their duties and really do love their jobs.

We live out of state, but the feedback we had gotten from our loved one is good and she seems to be doing very well there. We have had one interaction with a care giver there and that went very well. The meals are improving, and when they are not having to quarantine they are having some activities. Before Easter when we visited the residents were dying eggs. We also really like the smallness of the community, it helps our loved one not to be overwhelmed.

Columbine Chateau II is absolutely fabulous. We love them. My mom seems to be doing very well there. In fact she is improving even beyond expectations. I will be flying out the day after Thanksgiving to actually see it and will know more then. I am very happy with this facility so far.

I've never had experience with any other places but I think they're trying their best to deal with my mom and take care of her. The place is very clean and they're friendly. I'm satisfied with the value of it because I'm able to rest a bit easier with her there. The care is fine and they have activities. They do a bunch of different stuff. I know they take them out to the park a lot and do different activities there in the house too.

We chose Columbine Chateau because it is a very small facility that was close to my house. I also got along really well with the staff when I met with them. The apartment sizes are relatively small, I think everyone here shares a room. They set things up so you do not spend much time in your room and more time in the common areas. They did just install 1 flat screen in each room so I was impressed with that. I would recommend to others who are looking.

There's a good staff-to-patient ratio. And overall the staff are detail-oriented.

This community really takes the time to meet the individual needs of every resident here at the community. 90 % of the staff are very helpful and the level of communication is excellent.

The facilities were clean and looked comfortable for the residents. in both buildings the residents were watching the television. The staff seems to be engaged with the residents, and there is a activities schedule posted. Not sure if this is going to be what my wife needs at this time though.

My sister is well taken care of. The attendants seem to like their job and are attentive to her needs. We were a little disappointed in the lack of regular scheduled activities. This has improved somewhat over time. The staff has been responsive to our requests. My sister is content and that means a lot to us. Initially, my sister was private pay and the cost was a bit high. She will soon be eligible for government assistance .

This place is shared rooms. Nice place, but the roommate was a smoker. No way

They are friendly most of the time. They have a lot of activites. We picked this community, because I knew the nurse that was doing the patient intake. They need to put their rental agreement on the website becasue somethings were missed. With care services, they can add more personnel, it was one person trying to work with everyone, except at meal time. They were good with getting my loved in and but they are lacking on the account side.

This facility is like many others they do the best they can to provide good care in a safe environment. The staff is friendly enough however they need to work on following through with promises of doing things. The housekeeping is ok however some of the furniture needs to be replaced due to the odor of urine that is there. The food is good. Overall the facility is adequate but there is definitely room for improvement in areas.

My family has been very disappointed with Columbine Chateau. The communication with the family has been terrible, non existent. I would not recommend this facility to others.

Our family had an in person tour with Columbine Chateau and it was an ok tour experience overall, but at the end of the day it was just not going to be the correct place for our loved one

They did not take good care of our loved one. She was dirty all of the time. They sent her to the doctor in pajamas and dirty slippers, looking like a street person. It was really embarrassing. Our loved one said the staff looked at their phones and watched TV all the time, and didn't do any activities with them at all. I'm very disappointed in this place.

My loved one was a resident at this facility. Overall, the experience was terrible.

This place is all a lie they leave our loved ones soaked in urine an shit they put them in other residence clothing my mom had others clothing on an they had my mother clothes on they don’t feed em enough I seen that they will only give them one small plate constantly asking why is my mom arms bruised an no answer ever the can’t keep employees they are always short staffed they don’t take the residents out NOWHERE they literally get up eat breakfast sit in the living room till 10 they go to kitchen get a string cheese an water sit an eat it go back to the living area or they leave em seating in the kitchen till 1130 on the hard chairs then they eat lunch then go back to the living area to nap so they can go to lunch themselves they sleep till 3 eat snack a Granola bar in the. Kitchen till 430 when they have dinner after they get get put back in the living room they start putting pj an in bed by 6:00 PM so the night crew can come on and not be bothered by them leave em soiled all night

We feel that we were informed with misleading information from the community and the people there. In their brochures they state that they take the residents out to the casino and they have yet to do that with my mother and she has been there one month. We are not very happy with that because this is causing her to be more depressed and wanting to move back home the only good thing that as happen so far is the fact she has made 2 new friends. I would not recommend this community.
