Loved one required memory care. I reached out for placement and this was the first facility that called me back. Friendly, welcoming, nice tour. Facility is light, cheerful with great leadership and staff. My loved one was well cared for and loved that everyone knew his name. Facility is clean, resident rooms cleaned weekly. They provided excellent assistance to my loved one. Food was tasty. This was our first experience with a Senior living facility and the management and staff at Summerfield set a very high bar.

I think for anyone who lives in Cuyahoga Falls or Stow Cardinal Village is very convenient. The staff is very friendly. It is very organized. The meal plan is very good. The activities are all planned ahead. The rooms are very clean and well maintained There is also an outdoor patio that is very nice and convenient. Get together with family the laundry area and where you can throw your trash out are all very convenient. Everything in one place it’s a very nice place.

I would recommend Corby Place to others. [Name removed] runs the facility and she is fantastic, she calls me with any issues. The nursing staff is also great. My uncle's apartment is cleaned once a week and his laundry is also done. I have no complaints. We love Corby Place!

Our home was a mile from the facility so I was there 2-5 times a day and that made a difference. This is a very small facility which I found appealing. The staff took a real interest in Ken and helped me along the way. I felt he was safe and they genuinely cared about both of us. I encourage others to look at it. I interviewed 6 facilities before choosing Fairhaven.

The staff is great. The place is spacious and the residents all seem to be happy. I would definitely recommend Ashford Court to other families looking.

The staff at Ashford Court are very friendly and accommodating. The food is really good and they have a nice variety. Housekeeping does a pretty good job. There is good communication with the staff. The building is always clean and smells nice. I would recommend Ashford Court to others as an option.

Very friendly, on top of things, feels like your home. They have different size rooms, all are pretty big. They do laundry for you every day, give you toiletries if needed. I would recommend them to other families.

She lived a long and healthy life to the age of 91. We were very happy with Sentinel Pointe.

Cleaning staff is an issue. They are always short. Therefore, residents aren't getting their apartments cleaned. It is supposed to be done twice a month, and it is usually once. But the staff, cleaning and others, are super nice, super helpful. They are always willing to deliver packages, groceries, and meals right to my mom's door. I think communication is good. My emails and calls are answered quickly. The move in process was OK. At the other facility, my mom lived at, she was allowed to move in at least a week early at no extra charge. Cardinal only let her move in a couple of days early, and she was charged for those days. The apartment was poorly painted. This is not a fancy place. The common areas have been updated, but the hallways and some other areas really need some attention, especially the exterior areas and the landscaping. Residents have screened in porches, but there are no gutters, so they get soaked when it rains. The exit from the porches to the yard are just plain dangerous. I think the meals are hit and miss. My mom has complained and raved about the meals. All of that being said, my mom loves it there because the staff and the residents are so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this facility just because of the staff and the care they show the residents. The facility is old and just not as nice as most, but the staff and the price more than makes up for it.

Everything has been good here! The staff are very willing to be as flexible as possible. Amenities and apartment sizes are great.

The staff worked with me when my dad was in the nursing home. Accessed him in the home to see if they could accommodate him in their facility. If not my dad would have been permanently in a nursing facility. They accommodate him with help with his medication and had the doctors visit him in his apartment. This helped me a lot as I work a lot of overtime and have no help with my dad.

We are completely happy with Ashford Court and, more importantly, dad is. I do believe once the resident is happy and calls it "home", a huge weight is lifted.

My dad chose it because of its warm welcoming, cozy, laidback and friendly nature. With the meals and dining, they have set hours for the meals. and sometimes there is a delay receiving service, due to limited staff.

When it comes to the activities, we cant really answer because my father hasn't done any of them yet, however there are a lot of activities so I guess 5 on that one. For the value for cost it is the best cost to positive review ratio near me. We would absolutely recommend Ashford Court to other families based on our experience so far.

Friendly and caring people work and live there. My aunt is really enjoying living there. We picked this community because it is newer, lighter/brighter, services and cost.

We are very pleased with everything. It was clean and simple. Food was good and staff was helpful. I wish my MIL would have adjusted better and stayed. But her goal was to move back home.

When it comes to the cleanliness the hallways are dingy and do look dull. They need to vacuum them daily. The staff members at the community are great, they are very attentive to our loved ones needs. The meals that are prepared for the residents are fabulous! When it comes to the activities, sometimes they cancel things without giving notice. We would definitely recommend the Pine Ridge community to other families.

We moved my 84 year old mom here a few months ago when she began to have trouble remembering her medications. This is a wonderful assisted living center that you can personalize your loved one’s care needs. A caring staff, nice and clean rooms with plenty of space, lots of activities and easy to work with staff. She was very nervous about the move but now states that she should have made the move years ago. She loves her new friends, she loves not worrying about home maintenance, she loves the ease and comfort of her “apartment”, and having the option to join in fun activities. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for her.
