Very happy with my Mom being there. Apartments are big and very nice. Staff is very friendly and always greets me when I come to visit. They are always having fun activities for the residents. Food is good. Price for what you get is excellent compared to other facilities.

My mom was reluctant to come to an independent living facility, but now absolutely loving her time here. She has made friends, playing games and has actually put on some weight from eating good well balanced fed meals. She has had zero complaints. Thank you Morton Plaza and staff.

Sunday we took my mom from memory care downstairs and all around the facility. Everyone we ran into knew her name and was pleasant so that was nice and shows they know and care about residents.

The staff and residents are all kind and friendly. You can be as busy or active as you want to be. The room sizes vary, they have 1-2 bedrooms available. It is a perfect fit for my uncle.

The staff at Venice Palms Memory Care are so kind and loving with my mom. I know she is in good hands with [name removed], Memory Care Coordinator, and all the staff. We could not ask for better care for our mom.

Toured many senior living facilities and liked this one from the start. Set up tours for three places with my MIL and she didn’t want to see the other two! Recently updated, very welcoming and cozy, not sterile like some of the others. Staff have always been very friendly. I cannot judge the actual care or food as my MIL had a sudden decline and unfortunately passed away before moving in. She was so looking forward to living there. My husband and I will keep it on our list for us down the road!

This place hit all our marks. Location, view, costs, activities, age in place capabilities, caring and committed staff. Wish we would have found this place years ago. While our mom’s overall health at 87 is great her dementia is ramping up. The Oaks of Clearwater starts residency at independent living through full care. Our mom loves everything about this place. We are grateful for the staff who help provide a friendly and caring atmosphere that makes this feel like “home” to our mom.

I could not say enough fabulous things about The Princess Martha! My loved one was displaced due to the hurricane's. I reached out To their marketing Director and was given an appointment to tour immediately! My husband and I toured had lunch and met several of the Princess Martha residence! The food was fabulous and the residents there were like no other! Everyone, including the staff had smiles on their face! My husband and I decided The Princess Martha was where we wanted our loved one to be, We paid the community fee and moved the man the following week! Thank you, Princess Martha and your wonderful staff!

It was a huge relief to me when I moved him here because I knew he would be safe and cared for. Prior to that he was increasingly at risk living on his own and it was very stressful for both of us The staff are a good team partnering with me to make sure all of his needs are met. I find that the staff is very caring – they really get to know the residents. The place isn't fancy, but I always find it to be clean and the residents are well taken care of. My dad doesn't really participate in the social stuff, but I appreciate that he can get his haircut there and that there are medical providers that come. His room size is good – he moved from a double size unit upstairs into memory care about two months ago, and his room is a good size. And it's a private one – no roommates.

My mother and I toured The Princess Martha as she was looking for a Senior Community. Our experience was amazing. The minute we walked in we were treated like family. The love radiated from the residents as well as the staff members. Everyone was smiling and laughing it was like being at a family reunion. This community is like no other that we had visited and my mother is now a part of this fantastic community. If you are looking to be treated with love The Princess Martha is definitely for you.

Every person we have worked with has bent over backwards to help my family and provide the best possible care for our loved ones. We began this journey expecting to move our parents into independent living but quickly had to pivot to assisted living, and now are in process for moving to memory care. We have felt supported every step of the way.

5 for all categories! Mom is very happy. [name removed] is especially helpful with any and all questions when my mom has any. They will take Medicaid when her money runs out. But the facility is beautiful. I highly recommend Spring Haven Senior Living.

I would rate 5 in all categories. My family member passed a couple of months ago, but I was always pleased with her care. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

They are a tight knit community - both staff and residents - which gives it a warm feeling. There is a lot of live music entertainment; and staff is very responsive to calls and questions.

This community is a special place. Their management team is absolutely incredible. Each one of their directors treat me like I am family. I highly recommend this community. The improvements they have done are incredible!

Facility is clean, good activities, our family member calls it "home" and is happy there. The staff is very nice.

As soon as I walked in, I knew this was the right place to move my Mom. The staff is friendly and helpful, the meals are great, and lots of activities. My Mom has lived here for almost three months. She has made friends, plays bingo three times a week, and has adjusted extremely well. I have peace of mind with her living here.

My mom who is living at The Oaks loves it there. She is in memory care and they keep her clean (no stains on her clothes) and she doesn't smell like urine!! They change her often. The Oaks is the best thing I did for my mom!!!

The meals and activities were also great. However, the management was changing and the staff was over extended. Overall, I would highly recommend The Grande to others.
