Administrative staff I have met were all very helpful with concerns our family had. Very professional, yet, warm and welcoming people. The facilities I have visited were all exceptionally clean. Our loved one is VERY HAPPY in this environment as she would definitely let us know if anything was wrong. Each time a visit was made and a meal was either being prepared or residents finishing, the food smelled so delicious I myself would like to have sat and ate with everyone else. Our loved one is VERY PARTICULAR about eating, yet, the staff makes sure she has what is needed nutritionally. Our family has been so fortunate in finding this wonderful home!!

I should add that for me, masks not being forced on residents & visiting family was a huge deciding factor. Ms. [name removed] said that masking was contra-indicated for memory care patients. So there are no barriers to visiting your loved one under the guise of Covid protocols. It really is a home-like environment where you just put in your door code, walk right in and visit your loved one. No administrative desks and barriers, or Covid police and vital interrogations to deal with. Attentive & well-trained staff; updated & comfy home-like setting; residents each have their own, private rooms; very clean; focus on memory care; well-staffed; meals on time; excellent communication; competent administration; excellent barber & salon services; mobile geriatric dentist services; peaceful setting with covered gazebos outside; visitor-friendly.

The staff at Total Loving Care really care about their patient / your family member and their personal care. I don't have to be concerned if I can't go over there because I know she's well taken care of. That gives me a lot of peace of mind.

Our loved one was only there for a few days before passing so he was not able to have any of the meals or participate in the activities, but the staff members were very friendly and they really seemed to care about each individual that was there.

My Aunt is living at Loving Care II. I am so hapoy with the quality of care she receives. The workers are the most caring and sweetest I've ever encountered. My Aunt loves it there. If you are looking for quality care with a fantastic staff. This is it.

This community has been very good, and it is kept very clean. The care services seem to be really good. There was just an overall good feeling, the director and the people there are kind and really seem to care about the residents.

Total loving care in New Caney Tx. is a very nice home-like setting. I was looking for a nice comfortable setting for my wife and after touring the home, i knew this was the right place for her, she is in the last stage of alzheimers. The home is very clean and the staff treat her with the utmost dignity and are very patient and friendly to her, they are seeing to all her needs. It's a home setting with there own kitchen and they cook very good nutritional meals there. I would highly recommend total loving care to anyone who is looking for a place to care for there loved one.

I highly recommend Total Loving Care in New Caney, TX. My husband was in the last stages of Dementia with aggression and [Name removed] was so nice and the home so clean. Not every home would take my husband, but she knew exactly how to treat him. He only lived three weeks there before passing away, but I know he was well taken care of. My parents are 93 and 95 years old and still living on their own, but when the time comes I will definitely look into Total Loving Care for their placement.

My family and I worked very cautiously with deciding on a place for my mother. Before moving forward with Total Loving Care, Inc. we did a lot of research and looked over the existing reviews under that community. The reviews were pretty good and we decided to go in and tour the facility. It is very fine and the cleanest I ever seen. We have a tendency to smell certain odors at elderly care places, however I have not smelled anything here. We have looked at other places and from what I observed was not to my liking. Here they have people working there that are really on things. There is nothing out of sorts and they are very much on top of it. One in a while they take my mother outdoors and participate in certain activities that they provide. The facility caters to her special needs. They specialize with caring for people who have dementia, developing Alzheimer’s, or other memory conditions. The staff is compassionate and they seemed well versed with what they do. I recommend this facility.

The owner is a wonderful person, she is excellent in responding to any questions and concerns about my loved one. My mother is a very difficult patient with dementia and she adores the owner, so the ownership has a lot to do with the experience for the residents and with their happiness.

The owner, Le, is very responsive and really cares about her patients! My mother is very happy there and gets quality care.

My sister is living at Total Loving Care. She moved in May 07, 2015. Lee is great with her. I am very impressed with how they handle their clients. The homes are very clean. Apparently the food is good because they are telling me she eats well. She needed to see a doctor and Lee ask the doctor to come the next day which was a Sunday as well as Mother's Day. The doctor arrived on time and took care of my sister immediately. I am very pleased with them.

So in love with that place it was perfect. The only issue was the cost. Otherwise very pleased. Very Nice.

It was very clean and orderly. We were very impressed with Lee Gasper who is an R.N. and is onsite. I think they are a great overall value for the cost of the services provided. The residents all look well cared for and happy. They had daily activities scheduled so that the residents were not just sitting around and watching T.V.

I was very impressed with my mom being there, but she passed away shortly after. I know the lady, who runs it. She is wonderful. Everyone who lives there just love her. She bought the property across the street, where my mom stayed. My mom stayed there only for a few days. The place is so clean, it's an upbeat and positive place. People are very friendly and caring. Just a great place! My father in-law stayed there too. just a lovely place. I would recommend it anytime. You feel good just by walking in there.. it's a very positive and great place.

Overall we've had a very good experience with the Total Loving Care community. In terms of the facility itself, it is a very nice looking place, they always keep it clean, and all of the services, medication, etc. that they provide are as promised. The staff are also very emotionally supportive, conscientious, and respectful of the needs of the residents that they work with.

I thought that the care given my Mother was excellent. No complaints, no regrets.

The staff her has been just excellent. They give the best care to my mom. I know that my mom does not want to be here and the staff are very kind into helping her adjust. The food is okay. The community is very clean and we really like it here.
