If you like to i have an excellent experience. This is the place, quiet, peaceful, no drama and everybody is your neighbor. Great staffthat comes with it also activities, and lots of fun. 24/7 sucrity I feel very safe and happy. They also, excepted my dog Captain Morgan my English Bulldog he was so happy here. Please come out and get a tour done to see how great this place is.

The staff was very caring, compassionate and loving to my father as he passed away on Monday.

Park Place was so easy to work with. From initial contact to moving in was less than 2 weeks. [name removed] was there every step of the way. I live out of state so most of the details were handled with phone calls and emails. She had answers for questions I hadn’t even asked yet. You can tell she loves her job and the residents. Working with her could not have been easier. The rest of the staff was just as easy to work with were willing and able to meet our needs as well. We personally met everyone from the director to the maintenance staff. One young lady came in early to help on final clean up of the apartment. She works at the front desk but did this on her own. Many of the residents introduced themselves as we toured the facility and while moving in. Most importantly my mother loves it there. Thank you.

My sister-in-law seems to be flourishing at 5Star at Banta Point. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The entire staff from the cleaning lady to the Assiatant Director. They get to know their residents and their needs. It is small enough to be able to allow their staff to get to know them all. The activities director, whom unfortunately, left recently, was wonderful. We are looking forward to her replacement. The food is excellent. I have not heard one complaint about it. Breakfast and Lunch are a little close together but besides that, I have not heard anything negative. The facility is bright and cheerful. It smells clean. This is a big plus. We have been missing a few pieces of laundry but nothing major. We so appreciate their help and cooperation.

My dad has been at Northwood for just over a year. He moved there after moving back from FL to be closer to me. He wanted independence but needed some supervision and friends his age. Northwood fit the bill perfectly. The staff is super friendly and go above to help. The transportation service is also amazing. So glad I found this "place for DAD"

. My dad is very happy there. My dad says the food is so good. The maintainance is a little slow getting to things but things do get done. My dad is not a real social guy but it's good to know that he can join in any of them .

The facility is very nice for the price. The staff is all wonderful. The chef tries hard to please everyone.

I would definitely recommend CC to other's. They are very kind and understanding of each person individualistic situation.

The thing that I find most endearing is the family atmosphere. We feel like a big family and love each other accordingly. We enjoy our flower gardens and the fellowship we have when tending them. We enjoy our birds and we especially enjoy each other. We now have our own minister with worship services each Sunday. The staff here are very bonded with us and provide as if we're family to them. We have lots of fun activities of which my favorite is musicians who come to entertain. Many of the residents dance to the music. While others just sit back and enjoy, we have bingo, exercise classes, trivia and go on outings to the grocery.

People are very friendly. Lots of good programs. Facility is always clean. Physical therapy department is really good too.

We ate several meals before move in date and we all enjoyed the food ,service ,and people. The maintenance people were very nice and helpful . We used them several times . Having someone at front desk at all times would be very helpful . Sadly on move in day my mother-in-law passed away !

My mother-in-law is there in senior living, but she has dementia. But not bad enough to move to memory care. So she tells me that there were supposed to be scheduled and then when she goes, no one is ever there. So I can't 100% say that's true. But they do need to have more planned activities. The front desk staff is usually very polite and accommodating Again, my mother-in-law has dementia so she has a few more needs than just a regular person living and senior living. But they insist she's not quite ready to go to memory care. So the fact that they're willing to keep a closer eye on her and notify me if things seem wrong, it's much appreciated.

This is a decent facility. Good food and great housekeeping here. The front office is very personable and friendly and willing to help with things.

It's a "city " of its own! A resident has any amenity needed to live a full- senior life independently right there onsite! Beauty salon; movies every night, tours to museums. Transportation available for shopping to groceries, etc. Plus transportation to doctor appointments within a ten-mi radius. What more could a senior resident need? All utilities are provided in tent; along with WiFi. A medical monitor is provided for safety of residents. Housekeeping services include once a week stripping soiled linens ; washing & folding & bed remade. Vacuuming, dusting; as well as cleaning bathrooms & kitchen sinks. Laundry for personal items available to residents at no charge. Two meals: breakfast & dinner are available in dining room. Menus of your choice are included. Lunch is available @ an affordable cost. (Should a resident have a contagious medical issue; meals are delivered to their room. What more could a senior need?) BTW: church services are held @ my facility Sunday afternoon @ 2pm.@

It is an awesome assisted living facility. My sister is 66 years old. She absolutely loves living at Wesley Court. She goes to all the many activities that are offered. All the staff etc are very attentive.

The forum is a close knit lovely community. They truly know their residents! The facilities are warm and inviting, we trust them to care for our loved one!

I’ve been here for 21/2 years . Personally it’s a wonderful place to live - the staff treats everyone like family doesn’t matter what’s going on their here to help.the food is fantastic the chef works with any dietary restrictions you have which you don’t see often.overall it’s a really nice place to live . come join us and become part of our family.

Staff has been very responsive and prompt. Mom had been very impressed with the quality of the food. mom is now calling bingo and running one of the card games in the evening. Mom says she feels like she is home. They told her from the beginning that that is her home now. They even have no problem with me going over and practicing my drum with/for her up in the loft/library area. The only downside is right now they are completely full up with the closure of [facility removed].

Northwood manor is exactly what my parents needed! This is a place where there is structure and independence! I am relieved knowing they are independent but they have all of their needs met under one roof!! They are not sitting in their home alone anymore! They have opportunities to congregate and socialize daily! Staying physically and mentally active is the key to quality of life for the elderly! We definitely made the right choice! The staff feel like family!!
